Worst place to work pay rate is 12 shift. Night is $14 but they put you to over work most of them time. No time to stop. I was dehydrated for over 10 days. Because they really take advantage of You. You don't many benefits like No overtime no. No holiday. And etc. They dont value anyone. I get fired today because some1 hear the N word. If i complain with everything happen. I will fire so many people. After pay $12 to arrive at work. They tell me. I got fired. Toxic. Racist. People. Harassing. Look somewhere because this place is not worth it.

There must be some type of demonic spirit with Gabe's the at the store in Akron Ohio and I'm just going to say the TRUTH the manager which is a male and one older white which both are white has the most nasty attitude ever I end up in the hospital over the holidays the store said my laway had to be out by the 12/20/2023 but corporate said 12/26/2023 so I called customer service in 01/2024 to get my money back now there was another nasty attitude male saying that I had to wait until a different department will call me when the check that was 02/12/2024 I called last week and today no one answered so I left 4 voicemails messages and no one called back so what you think that I should do? There is no way it takes to get a refund then I was told that you where keeping $40 out of my$130 I'm going to call BBB Now it's March 2024 I have been waiting for my refund since January and they won't allow me to speak to the department that handles refund ????????

Still not closed and called people I know and they expect them to stay the night since they are stuck anyways. And leave tomm . They won’t be able too! This is a joke of a company not letting their employees go home to their families as they see that they are THE ONLY ONES open and making money. Not a care about any one person to make it home in these roads in the mountainsMy experience is always good. And I know how hard there employees work to maintain it. But as of right now I’m giving them a 1 star because we have my whole town closed as it has been snowing and raining and it’s 30 degrees out and getting colder and none of the stores around the Sevierville location are open and mostly all the Knoxville shops are closed but not Gabe’s!!! So for the unlucky people that are out or don’t care to wreck their car or get hurt are going to the only place open. You would think a company would care about there employees more than money (or at least act like it) when those people have to drive home after 10 and we live in the mountains and roads are already bad. Or the people who will have to most likely go pick up some of there employees… just aggravating. Anywho you see at times like these how a company really is

Worked at the Morgantown WV. Distribution Center, as a temp for a job agency. Not a very welcoming place. Ran into some transportation problems, and was forced to call off. The late night manager, Anna; acted really sour toward me, whenever I returned; creating a very uncomfortable job setting. I don't stick around long when put in that position. So, I worked 2 hours of my shift last night (12/21) and came home, knowing that she'd be walking the warehouse floors at 1am. I wasn't about to go through the sickening feeling again.

Thank you for wasting my time. I interviewed and was offered a position at the Springfield,OH dc for yard Driver. I was a lease operator so when the job was offered I gave the otr job up. I made changes to come work for you. Can't get nobody on the phone at ur Springfield dc went back up in person just to be told my background wasn't back yet . When I click on background link it tells me it's complete. I interviewed on Aug 23rd and it's Sept 6th .... I glad you got money in this joe Biden economy cause I don't and I made decisions to come work for you and was let down. Prior to truck driving I worked in health care nothing on my background...do better gabes

Decent selection of clothes and accessories. But will not be returning after today. A associate started screaming at me while my sister was in the dressing room saying that it’s closed then snapped her fingers at me . Then started arguing with me and demanded that I stand still while she got a supervisor . Didn’t get one , instead came back and decided to start snapping her fingers and stomping her feet AGAIN. Then when I said she’s already in there she started going ballistic and ran to a lead . None of which de-escalated the situation. And when I walked up front request a supervisor or someone the staff decided to start laughing about it.

I was at the Gabes that's located in Maryland is located off of perring parkway I went there to purchase some items for my granddaughter's 6th birthday that's upcoming this month I found some clothing for her and I found a set of leggings that had three pairs on the hanger but t it did not have a price I took it to the register when I was finished shopping they would not let me purchase it because they said it didn't have a price the cashier tried to go to the misses section to charge me more for the leggings I also was advised to go back to see if I can find something similar it was very horrible and unprofessional experience. I live in the county and unfortunately this is the only Gabes I can go to which is city. The manager did not do her job the cashier was extremely unprofessional.I've shopped at the gabes in York Pennsylvania many times it's a totally different type of store than one in Baltimore. They didn't even let me use my coupon. I don't think I'll ever be returning to. Horrible experience!

I have tired to get in touch with someone in corporate office about the most rude obnoxious female manager in Lexington, Kentucky. She yells at her employees when they ask for help and she yells at I er customer the same way. Something needs to be done done about her

When the store 1st opened it was a beautiful place, now lately it's just a disaster all over the store. Not sure if they dont have enough employees or your costumers that dont care. Clothes all over the floor, bathrooms that stink , definitely they could use more help in that store.

I applied for Gabe's as an cashier and was led to believe my experience landed me a front end supervisor position. I worked and did my job but felt pressured into getting keys because a general manager had been asking for assistance and being overwhelmed and worked and couldn't spend time with family or personal issues . Okay fast forwarding I soon became overwhelmed because of lack of assistance from gm and some co workers . Back track before taking the job I tell district manager I have a toddler with disability that has appointments and may cause be to be late I was told that Gabe's is flexible And to let know of any appointments and will be worked around which was not the truth in the end. The GM goes away for training for a new system being placed1 month and half of training I trained a different store on new system that wasn't put in yet 2 months into my new position. Gm gets vacation comes back refuse to assist with knowledge of new system leaves hand book and says reference it when I have a line of 10-15 customers watches on camera as I struggle smh however it turns to stress , overwhelming and me with out a job . cooperate doesn't responds no termination letter and still seeking help . This is a big company why loose good employees and nothing is being done. This new to me hoping some one sees this and it helps them . I have called and left messages no response general manager says it's out of there hands. All this disrespect and pettiness stems from me feeling overwhelmed and me speaking out about gm performance and overwhelming me and being disrespectful to me and other employees my attendance was thrown into the meeting I have proof she altered my time took me off schedule without notice I complained submitted proof to HR and district manager and was manipulated out of a job.
