I called on Dec 28th to get my internet on vacation rates (around 11 dollars per month.) They charged me 30+ dollars for this. The next month my bill was $78.40. I called.They said it was fixed and they would credit my account. This month (yesterday) my bill was$83.40. I'm through!

The internet is out more often than it’s on. I only put up with it for so long because for a long time there were no other options in my area. But now there is, so good riddance.

Always speaking to a foreigner in their home. You're not connected to an official office plus their chat is a robot, not an individual. Even their voice box is ridiculous.

If I could give this company zero stars I would. I don’t even have them as a service and still have to deal with their constant ignorance in customer service. Monday, August 7th we had a small tornado pull down their lines into my pasture and I had originally set up an appointment for them to come August 14th to remove the line, but upon waiting all day they never showed. I called the customer service line and they proceeded to tell me I never set an appointment to have it removed because I didn’t have a ticket number… that I didn’t know I needed… because again I don’t have service with this company. Now apparently I will be waiting until the 17th for this line to be removed even after explaining to them my animals have been locked in my backyard for a week, because I just had surgery and can not set up another field for them at the moment. In conclusion they basically told me to just deal with it and take what I get. So if you’re looking for any sort of service or help from this company in general don’t bother.

I switched because it was cheaper but that isn’t always better. Customer services sucks. Initially, I was told changing the billing due date wouldn’t be an issue (by 3 days), after installation, the first person said no problem and “changed the date”, got the bill and it’s due on the 27th instead of 30th, called two different times, got two different responses. First girl was rude and said “it’s not due until the end of the month so you have plenty of time to pay your bill.” The last one said they can’t change due dates. I was enrolled in auto pay to save $10 but told him to undo that since the payment was due on the 27th and I don’t get paid until the end of the month. He literally says okay, I’ll walk you through how to do that online lol, thanks Ricky, I can do that myself.

I called to schedule my installation, paid, and waited 2 weeks for my installation appointment. I specifically told them my house is a new construction. On the morning of my appointment, the technician calls me to tell me that he can't do the new construction job himself. It requires the construction crew. I asked for a date/time it'll happen. I was told "I have no idea". I'm a remote worker. I packed up my office the night before and moved it to my home in anticipation of working from my home internet. Now, I have to break it down and move everything back to the other site last minute. Needless to say, I'm not thrilled about it.Update: Frontier got back to me the following week. They say that it'll be a month waiting on materials to do the install. Ridiculous.Further Update: It's been six months, and I'm still waiting on the installation. I'm being offered excuses such as - "Parts are not available." This company is a joke.Final Update: After nearly a year of waiting, they've called me to tell me they're not signing new customers for internet only. They've canceled my order. This is borderline malicious behavior. Frontier deserves ALL of the criticism people give them. Trashcan company.

If your looking for reliable internet DO NOT go with frontier! It goes in and out all the time. I supposably have high speed but i would compare it to dailup. Like many others I have no other options,if you have any other options I would go with them they can't be any worse!

I have not had internet for over 2 weeks. The lines on my street were damaged by construction equipment and everyone lost internet. I called and was told there was no outage, then I found out about the damage. Techs came out multiple times and every time only a few neighbors got internet back. I chatted online to request a tech again since I still did not have internet. The agent told me to reset my modem and when I explained that I have tried that and the issue is the damaged line, he threatened to charge me $75 for the service call saying I refused to troubleshoot. He finally shceduled a tech but they will not come out until March 3rd. So I am expected to go a month with no internet but still pay for service for February. Worst service ever!

Haven't had service in over a month. Unfortunately, it's the only provider in my area. So can't do anything different else I would. Every time a trouble ticket is put in no one shows. You call when no one shows and they say there's a service outage. A week will go by finally the service outage is fixed. But my house will still be without service. Repeat this ad nauseum. And that's been the whole month. If there were other options would gladly go with them instead of this cesspool of a service.

Absolute worst internet I've ever had. Only works less than half of the time. It could be the most clear sunny day out with no wind and the internet would still crash.
