Love Kia-great service-!!! They explain everything and show you the part in question-!!! I am not Gentle Annie with my car-i have driven all over-road trips-hauled stuff-etc. I have a 2017 -Kia Soul-will only take it to Freedom Kia for service-they are super people to work with-!!! Hope you try them for your next car-!!

Gave them another chance to service my vehicles. Ashton in the he service department is the best. I guess it all depends on who you get greeted and helped by. I will be back because of Ashton and his customer service. Because of his great attitude I have deleted my past negative post. If you need help on service make sure to ask for Ashton.

Sales manager lowballed me on my trade. He tried to go below even the lowest KBB value. I about pissed myself laughing when he said he would “lose his auction license” if he went any higher. This is the kind of dishonestly you can expect here.
Edit: Same kind of dishonesty from their service department too. Ask the guys at the service desk what kind of oil they use for their oil changes. They lied and said they use Total Quartz when in fact they use Sunoco Oil because it’s cheaper to buy in the bulk. Like I said, every single employee there lies. This dealership is garbage.
