I’ve been trying to purchase something for 5 days now with issues from their systems not working to their store being closed when it says it’s supposed to be open. Customers don’t seem to be their first priority, but when I went in today there was someone working that drove all the way down from Pittsburgh to cover and open the store, and she was so helpful and kind and really may be the only reason I consider shopping there again. Patricia is awesome, so kind and helpful, she made my experience a lot better after the problems I had.

nothing has encouraged me to write a review more than my experience here! walked in not expecting to buy anything, but there were such cute clothes there! ended up buying a cute little black dress for the summer. more on the pricey end but definitely worth it, especially the clothes. the associates were so sweet and helpful! they made me feel gorgeous and like a queen. such a welcoming and peaceful environment, will definitely come back many more times!

Just left your store at the Morgantown mall. You need to get better help, I wasn't acknowledge, the girls are discussing Margaritas. Appauling service. One other thing, your racks are so crammed, you can't get the clothes out.

I walked in hoping to find a dress for a wedding I have tomorrow and as soon as I walked in the employee said (quite rudely) “just so you know, we’re closing in 10 minutes .. so..” she could have made a quick last minute sale of the day. I already had a dress in my hands. I just apologized, put the dress back and left. I’ve worked retail before and I get it, you want to go home. However, that’s not a reason to be rude to a customer.
