This Exxon is regularly one of the more expensive places for gas in town. Likely this is due to their close proximity to I-68 so they are easily able to catch people coming into town or leaving town where they don't want to hunt for the best gas prices. The pumps also feature large screens that play ads while getting gas. Sometimes these ads have audio, and to be honest I find this kind of captive advertising annoying but manageable if I need gas.
To be honest the only reason I stopped at this Exxon was that with my Wal-Mart+ gas discount their prices were slightly cheaper than most competitors instead of the usual more expensive price.
The attached convenience store is perfectly fine. About what you'd expect from a gas station convenience store. Just keep in mind that means snack and soda prices are about what you'd expect from a gas station convenience store.

If I could give zero stars I would. Says it closes at midnight and we got there before 11. And as we pulled in they shut everything down. The person inside wouldn’t answer the door even though they saw us. We tried calling them to let them know could we please get gas real quick only had a few miles to empty left. But they acted as if we weren’t there. So if you are pushing it to make it home don’t stop here at night because they truly don’t care about their customers.

Prices are reasonable. They have a wide variety of products to choose from. Several different types of drinks including exotic beers. The bathrooms are the nicest I've seen in Morgantown. And the staff are friendly and courteous.
