Way too expensive and forced insurance. Notice that most of the 4 and 5 star reviews are from years ago. I wish it was still the original owners. They use economic struggles as a reason too charge more, as if everyday people are not already struggling.

I had rented from the company for 5 years. They sold out to minimall. They are the worst company every. They started charging extra fees. They now charge $50 more fees than the actual rent. I have 3 buildings and I am done with them. I am moving everything out by the 1 st of the month. People who rent from them better check those extra fees they charge

This place is just adding fee after fee. A year ago one unit was $113, now it is $167. They are finding every way they can to squeeze more money out of people. Don’t rent here, some really awful people in this new ownership group.

We’ve rented units at this site for 2 years and had no issues. Mini Mall recently purchased it from Rhino. Our gate code which has worked for 2 years stopped working. We were enrolled in auto pay with Rhino and now Mini Mall is charging late fees when we were sent emails that auto pay would transfer. Do Not rent a unit at this site. No one answers the phones and no issues are ever resolved. We are leaving this site to store with a local business.

I needed a storage unit for a few months while I was deployed, and this was a fantastic storage unit experience. I was able to claim and pay for a storage unit online without having to go to the office. And I was able to sign the rental contract and receive the gate code digitally as well. The hours were 24/7 so I was able to drop off/pickup my things according to my availablity. There were also fixed cameras which made me feel confident in the security of my belongings being stored here. The price was absolutely fair for the value I was presented with the overall storage unit and secure location.

I currently have a climate controlled unit at this facility. The facility is safe, secure and always has a nice even temperature. Shania, in management, has always been knowledgeable,kind and helpful if I’ve had ANY questions in regards to my unit or billing. I highly recommend this company and their well trained staff!

Outstanding storage facility in Morgantown, WV! The facilities are located within a locked and secure site. I have items in climate controlled storage, and those items are safe from the elements. The outside storage is also designed to keep your belonging dry and safe.

I have had storage units at two other places in Morgantown over the years and this one is better in every way. I rented a 10x15 unit last night after- hours and the automated kiosk worked as it should. Got my code and access to a unit immediately. Unit was clean, odor free, and easy to access. The manager was available via text and was very helpful unlike other unit managers in Morgantown. You can't go wrong here.
