My car was hit in a hit and run - I thought it was fine and I was just being cautious by taking it in to get checked for frame damage at the recommendation of a friend. Well, good thing I did. Josh and his team at Donnie’s were kind enough to look over the car for no charge and were able to let me know that it was NOT in fact safe to drive as I had thought, there was extensive pillar damage and the car ended up being a total loss. They worked with my nightmare of an insurance company and guided me through the whole process step by step, making it as quick and painless as humanly possible. The whole shop is full of amazing and kind people, but Josh especially is full of knowledge and knows the ins and outs of the insurance part of the business extremely well. Hope I don’t have an experience that puts me in this situation again, but if I do I know exactly where I’ll be taking my car. Cannot say enough good things about them.

Terrible shop mechanics are drunk and high they put in my transmission wrong in my truck 4 times. I had to walk to work all summer during this time. Later I bought a car from them . Tom specifically. He lied about the condition it had a blown head gaskets I didn't realize till it started overheating after a couple months and there was stopleak in the coolant that they tried to hide it with. So because of that I had to walk to work another year through 6 in of snow 10 miles to work. When I addressed it with Tom he denied all responsibilities of course. So if you want lied cheated and taken advantage of have at it . Donnie's auto body are liars

I have been to a few mechanics in Morgantown in the last 10 years.. but Donnie's Auto repair is by far the best in town! Best price.. best mechanics.. and good people.

I am so thankful for this shop. Danny and Jim are some great down to earth people that one can communicate well with. They always get to a speedy recovery for anyone that walks through their door. Professionalism at its best! Hint they saved me more then once.

I needed an alignment and this was the only place I could find local that could get my in quickly. I was nervous because I had my 20 month old with me, and she’s busy to say the least. The guy who works the front desk is so kind, and they have toys in the front lobby for kids. I’ll never go anywhere else. They are so kind and service is fast. It highly recommend this place!

Went there with a small scratch repair.They quoted me for 4500$ !!!! That's crazy. They recommended to change my whole car door for one small scratch and the whole car fender! They would try to rip you off if you have a low deductible collision insurance. I'm glad I decided to not go with them because I got the same thing fixed for 800$ by another body shop (the preferred auto body shop by my insurance, with a very long wait line but definitely worth it) that my insurance covered.Service: Body & Trim

Jim was very nice. They did the work in a reasonable amount of time and for a fair price. There was something they couldn't fix but he went out of his way to try to find someone to refer us to, who could fix it.

Went there to get a quotation for scratch repair. Quoted me 4500$. Wanted to replace the whole fender for a simple scratch. I walked out of the place and got the job done for 1000$ at a different body shop. May be he does the job well but definitely rips off people. Will not recommend.
