Phil and Kayden were so helpful when we realized our bike tube was punctured right before we were about to go on the Rail Trails as all downtown shops were closed on Sunday. We were so happy to find Phil and Kayden and they gave us some great tips for bike tube maintenance and correct PSI.

very lazy workers. the old guy working in shoes lost at least 1k worth of sales in an hour by being lazy refusing to look for items. being extremely slow. and then tried to lie to me about not having a shoe that I showed him they did have.

I had to return a sweater here and one of the cashiers opened an additional line just to get me through quickly! They refunded my purchase and even gave a coupon to come back!

Had to seek out help after 3 laps around the store. No hunting products at all, would've been going elsewhere if the website didn't tell me they had the crossbow string I went out of my way for.

When businesses cave to liberal pressure and stop selling certain stuff to outdoorsmen because it isn’t PC. This is West Virginia! Well, I’ll buy everything I need somewhere else then. You are either sporting goods, or not. Half the store is golf. Does anyone even play that sport anymore?
