I was there just a few days before Christmas and there was only 1 young lady working. She had 3 or 4 customers in front of me but was very kind and helpful to each one of us. By the time it was my turn it was a few min past the 9pm closing time yet she took the time to help me pick out a phone for my daughter, agift for my wife and never once complained or tried to rush me out the door. I was very happy with the customer service I received. Especially given she had started her morning at 5am at her other job.

Went to this store on 7/18/23 at 1:30 in the afternoon and had the unfortunate experience of meeting an employee who claimed to be named Miranda.When I arrived the open sign was on, the show room and back room lights were on but the door was locked.It’s worth noting that a year ago I went to this same store and they had forgotten to unlock the door for the daySo, I knocked and tried the door and went back to the car. Waited 10 minutes and went back and knocked and tried the door again—still locked. I decided to wait on the sidewalk in case the employee had gone to lunch.Several minutes later the employee emerged from the back room came to the door and opened it and started immediately screaming at me. She accused me of pounding on the door—I had not.She swore numerous times and used the F word approximately 7 times and said she was denying me service and calling security.Needless to say I was very taken aback at this asked her what her name was. She refused to give it to me and just kept yelling and swearing at me. After asking for her name 4 times she finally said it was Miranda.While the employee was verbally assaulting me it is worth noting that she couldn’t make Eye contact and was swaying back and forth and kept saying that she had been throwing up. It seems like she was under the influence of something.I hope she gets the help that she seems to need.I will not be returning to this storeHope my bad experience saves someone else from being verbally assaulted and insulted.

I recently visited the Cricket Wireless office located in Suncrest Town Center office, Morgantown, WV, and I must say that my experience was nothing short of disappointing. Not only was the service subpar, but the attitude of the employee I encountered was shockingly rude. The date was 08/08/2023 at 7 PM.Upon entering the store, I expected to receive assistance in a professional and courteous manner. Unfortunately, that was far from the reality I encountered. The employee who attended to me seemed disinterested and dismissive from the start. It was evident that they were not genuinely interested in addressing my concerns or helping me find a suitable solution for my needs.What shocked me even more was the blatant rudeness displayed by the employee. Their tone was condescending, and they seemed to lack any semblance of patience. Instead of providing clear explanations and solutions, they appeared irritated by my questions and seemed more interested in rushing through the interaction rather than ensuring I was satisfied with the service.I hope that the management of this office takes this feedback seriously and addresses the evident issues with employee training and customer service. No customer should leave an establishment feeling as disheartened and frustrated as I did. Until I see a significant improvement in the overall service and attitude of the staff, I cannot recommend this location to anyone seeking quality customer service.

I was robbed by this store and the ppl in it, 140 dollars and stuck with a phone that restarts every cpl hrs and a cracked screen even after I bought their 30 dollar screen protector. Ive had phone 2 weeks. Tried to return phone on 7th day but they wouldnt return it claiming it was the 8th day. Have had to make 3 trips to cricket store and haven't got any help or customer service even an attempt to make things right. It's just screw u. The 3 ppl I've encountered in this store all remind me of crackheads. I just switched to cricket 2 weeks ago and I'm goin to have to change providers again. Thses ppl are all liars.

Don't bother with the other locations. The regional manager went out of her way to get us taking care of. Will definitely be returning.

They give free phones with service to low income people. If you have food stamps, come get a phone!
