Rust on rockers hidden by spray paint!! Fuel tank that leaked when full. Wheel bearing that went out.
Also cheated us on the financing side and I have an 800 credit score. We took the truck back two days later and the owner said he had someone who could fix the rockers he hid from us for $2000! Also, 2 months into we had expensive engine issues.
Scott covers up problems hoping you won’t notice and overcharges for faulty products. If you don’t want bad reviews, don’t cheat your customers. Give them good, trustworthy vehicles that don’t have Hidden rust and problems.
You knew we we uneducated buyers in regard to used vehicles and you took advantage of it. That lemon cost us well over $10,000 additional.
No one can afford that!
Say whatever you want. This review is to protect others.
Sell better products to your friends and neighbors. Protect them upfront and you won’t get reviews like this.
Just read your response and I think it speaks for itself. Everything I wrote was a fact. Sell better products to your customers. Shame on you!

My wife and I bought a truck from them back in 2020. I, at first, thought we got a great deal. Just to later find out that the frame was undercoated to mask how BAD the frame was shortly after purchasing the truck. This truck has been sitting for over a year now because the frame is completely gone, and just straight junk. I’m still stuck with the current vehicle because we still owe on the truck, but I want to warn others of the potential lemons that these guys are selling to the public. It’s a shame how shady business can be, don’t be like me, be sure to check everything when dealing with Creekside. Best wishes to all!

We stopped today to look at a Chevy pick up we were really interested in. No one bothered to come out and talk to us. After a while I walked over to the trailer and seen the faded note that the office moved to the main building. I found the sign that said entrance and when I went in I got bit by their dog. The salesman was not the least concerned with the exception of telling me to move to a certain spot so the dog would stop carrying on. Spending nearly 15 years in the medical field I knew to make sure the bite bled so any bacteria didn't set in until I could get something to clean the bite with. No it wasn't a bad bite but instead of removing the dog to another area, making sure everything was really okay, or even acting like he was the least bit interested in selling us that truck ... he accused me of making the bite bleed more then bothered to offer a tissue.

I recommend this place to my friends and family that can’t afford brand new cars, but want something newer or better! Although I purchased from another lot. The day I test drove a truck and it was having battery issues and all Scott was honest and understanding and tried his best to get my business! Although I couldn’t get in my price range due to certain issues I truly appreciated the experience I had with him and the lot!

Recently purchased a SUV through Julia, Scott and the gang at Creekside motors.in today’s climate purchasing a vehicle can be difficult but not at Creekside. What a wonderful experience, refreshing compared to the normal torcher of buying an automobile. They were very attentive but not pushy, answered any questions we had, efficient and timely in paperwork and financing. Couldn’t be happier!! Check these guys out!!

DO NOT RECOMMEND. Sold me a truck with fender flares which were hiding gigantic rust holes & paint damage. Came to find out about this after rear flare fell off while on the highway (installed by dealer.) Very deceitful. Regret this purchase completely. Bought it less than a year ago. If buying a truck CHECK UNDER THE FLARES FIRST!! Worst experience ever.
