They tell you one price when u rent the Uhaul and And they guaranteeYour security deposit backBut they do not give your security deposit back even if ur paid in full and owe a $0 dollar balance. Worst place ever to rent uhauls

I used/am using this business for a storage unit and u-haul rental and both services were simple and issue-free. Units are clean also. On top of that, the employees are very helpful and friendly. I hope they don’t take for granted how wonderful they are! Great workers seem hard to come by these days and friendliness goes a long way.

Cheat Lake Storage is the place to go for storage and Uhauls. They have preformed winterization, bottom cleaning and winter storage of my 22 foot Deck Boat for the past 12 years. I am very satisfied and highly recommend Cheat Lake Storage,

During a pandemic and while the governor has required that masks be worn indoors I saw multiple people, employees and customers, not wearing masks. The only one wearing a mask was the guy helping us.

A very small U-Haul place with some nice people. They had some issues with the vehicle and tow but I made things better. Nice people but could use some work on being more organized.
