Absolutely wonderful place for a terrible time. We had to drive 2 hours to get there, we couldn't find anyone near us for our pet emergency. While it didn't end well with our pet, this is a wonderful animal hospital. The staff was absolutely wonderful, very streamlined and efficient and so kind and loving. At the same time, they were so comforting and kind with the tough situation we were going through. The doctor was fantastic, so caring and gentle with us as we were facing our difficult choice. Great rooms, very friendly, very nice rooms. Absolutely beautiful place as well. Would love to see them build a place that is just as wonderful that is in our area because the drive was a bit tough, especially with the stress of a sick animal. Would definitely recommend.

I love CLAH! I took my epileptic husky to them & just took my new baby girl got her initial check up. Dr Abbot is so thorough in her exam & answers any & all questions & helps us feel at ease about the health of my baby, knowing I’m so nervous w what I’ve previously been thru. Zaila goes back in a month for boosters/chipping/ eventually spaying etc.., & im happy to say she’s comfortable w her drs & techs !!

Thank You Cheatlake animal hospital for saving my cats life. My cat is 13 yrs old, and pyrometra. I drove an hour away from Pittsburgh, and the drive was absolutely worth it. The cost was alot reasonable then the few places I did call.I just picked her up yesterday, and she is doing well..She doesn't like the cone, lol, but she will adjust. The staff is very caring and understanding, Grant who works the front desk is just absolutely Awesome..Thanks again to All the vets, Vet Tech, who saved My MiMi..Hopefully I will get another 10 or more years with her..Sincerely,Dana Lipner

I took my cat here a few months ago because I've only heard great things, which is why I think it's important to leave this review. He was diagnosed with Feline Parvo and I took him here for his initial diagnosis. They did recommend I leave him there for them to take care of him under constant watch, but due to cost I couldn't do it. They offered an at home plan with medicine we could give him which I opted for and they sent us home with one medicine to help with nausea, and that's it. I started reading online about things we could do and everyone else seemed to have IVs and specific medicine that would help them stay hydrated and feeling better. After a few days, he wasn't getting any better with the medicine they sent so I called and they advised that I just microwave the food so he'll eat it (spoiler: not how it works with parvo). His condition worsened greatly and I called explaining that he was practically dying and had maybe until the end of the day with how he was doing, and they said they were too full to see him and couldn't give him anything else and didn't have any recommendations of places that would take him the day of, Immediately called around and took him to Paw Prints, they gave him an IV and meds and saved his life. PLEASE take them to Paw Prints and avoid coming here if possible, there prices were 10x the rate at Paw Prints during normal hours too.

They are beyond wonderful. All of our local er vets were full so we took an hour drive to them. I have never experienced less then an 8 hour wait for a vet at er. They saw my cat immediately and were able to verify he was okay. They explained this wasn't always the case as they have a small staff but I am beyond greatful. They were kind, personal, and great with my scared boy. For future emergencies they will be my first call, even with the long commute.
