“The Morgantown, WV location (the airport location) has been a great location to do business with. The manger and staff at that site are always appropriately friendly with the customers and each other but very competent and helpful. Most recently, I used that site for a rental car for an insurance claim and for business. Both times, the process was smooth and organized. The only reason I didn't give a 5 star is because the two cars I got, while I requested a non-smoking vehicle, smell of smoke and were well worn. I think there could be some improvement in that area.”
