Just ordered flowers for my daughter from 1800 flowers .. they came from this florist !! They were beautiful!! Will be ordering directly from them in the future!!!

The website is kind of vague / dodgey, so originally I had some concerns. While I do wish there was more communication from the florist to customer for online orders’ process and progress, they made good on a last minute v-day order and delivered. Additionally, the flowers are fresh and beautiful, so was the printed card.Thank you. I will definitely order again. If you’re a prospective customer reading this, you should give them a try too.

Placed an order online for the Thankful Blooms arrangement for my nieces 40th birtnday (because it's elegant and lovely and she loves the color yellow) with the specific request for the Thanks pick to be removed. The arrangement that actually arrived didn't resemble the one we ordered (aside from some of the yellow flowers) and there was a Thanks balloon....?

Ordered a Florist's Choice (trying to make it easy on them) Premium Bouquet ($99.00) for delivery to a sick relation in a long term care center, and what was delivered was something like what you can buy at Kroger for maybe $19.99. Reordered it, and received notice they had delivered the proper bouquet. They have NOT. In fact, staff at Sundale Long Term Care came and took the small bouquet of flowers AWAY (on whose authority??). I have cancelled the order. This was through 1800flowers, and that might be a lot of the problem, but in any case, if a business contracts with a bigger company like 1800flowers, that smaller business still has follow-through obligations. I won't use 1800flowers or this florist in future. Too negative an experience at a time that is already emotionally challenging.

Attempted to order flowers days early of when needed and they were never delivered claimed they lost my information. Very unprofessional, employee on phone was not well trained could not answer basic questions but claimed to have taken all the information and assured me it would get done. When called and queried what happened they claimed I gave wrong information they took no responsibility when I questioned them about incompetent employees and the training they just hung up on me. I will never use again or recommend to anyone.

I HIGHLY recommend. Called today from Arizona and ordered a standing spray. The woman was friendly and i could tell in her voice I could trust her to make s beautiful arrangement. And she even texted me a picture of it. It was so beautiful it got a tearful “perfect” from my mother. She even got my long winded message for the sympathy card just perfect. It’s easy to support good people.

I would highly recommend Beverly Hills florist. I called them yesterday and they delivered flowers to my daughter-in-law today with the busy Mother's Day weekend. I had called a few other florists in town and they were too busy, understaffed and short on supply. They went above and beyond and text me pictures to choose what I was looking for because not everything was on their website which I very much appreciated with being out of state.
