Had to get a remote starter for my grandma installed. They said my parts were fine to use until I arrived at the location, took a month to get me scheduled and then once I get there the technician says he can't do the job because he's "behind" on another car, terrible location, go somewhere else if you need your vehicle worked on. Technician's name is Danny, Danny find a new job loser.

Technician said if we didn't like it, we could take our business elsewhere. Literally. So we did. He wanted to order a part for our truck that we didn't need and charge us upfront for it. It was twice the price that we could get it elsewhere, it was the wrong part for that truck anyway, and after all that, we never received the part once he ordered it. He refused to have it shipped to the store, which we thought was strange. We gave him our PO Box, but he didn't want that. We gave him our physical address, warning that the part probably wouldn't come, and it didn't, exactly as we told him. After that, we took the truck to a competitor, who did not hassle us, who agreed that we did not need that part, and didn't charge us for it. If this is the attitude Best Buy is taking towards customers, we're happy to go elsewhere. Competitor said they're getting customers from Best Buy by the dozen with similar stories. Do yourself a favor, stay away from Best Buy's auto department.

Went shopping and picked a tv that was within my price range. Started to check out and they said it was much more than the price that was posted and wouldn't sell it for that price. Had to go back and pick out a different one of lesser quality. Total frustration. This one better last a long long time.

Lots of parking and very friendly greeting at the front. There was initial intent to help us out. Some associates, about three at once, came over and gave us some help. They left us alone shortly after, we were only buying a printer. But if I were a person with less tech knowledge I would have felt abandoned. As I was walking out a cell phone associate grabbed us and offered us some help. Very friendly folks.

Could not be more grateful to the cell phone team. They were knowledgeable and incredibly dedicated in helping my father replace his phone. They were very focused on making sure that they did all they could to help him as his phone was on life support when he arrived. They got everything they could from his phone and he is incredibly grateful to have a new phone that has everything he needed off his old one. Thank you!

Staff is always helpful and very respectful. People that work in their assigned departments are very knowledgeable when you ask any questions, and if they don’t know the answer they will find the answer for you.

Went to look for a printer, and the staff was very courteous and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend going there.

I got pressured into buying a laptop and I ended up just going to Walmart instead because I hate being pressured into anything. I'm sure they have excellent products but I'm not ever going to a Best Buy again.

The place is clean and well staffed. Having said that, the staff that are here, are ignoring customers, purposefully going out of their way to ignore customers. The one man at customer service had a line waiting, while 4 others between the entry exit doors stood and BS'd the entire time.

This place is always clean, staff is always friendly and helpful. Only negative which is out of the locations control is how your calls automatically reroute to bestbuy customer service.

They have everything you could ever need but trying to get help for any questions is something that needs work. No reason why a customer should have to walk around to find someone to answer questions or help in any way. Then at checkout the cashier couldn't get me out of the line any faster. They were more concerned about their phone and the younger people in line. Couldn't bother to answer my questions or even smile. I always say have a great day and thank you and I get a nose in the air. Would be a five star if they improve customer service and better cashier's.

I had an audio issue with my laptop and Ice, a Geek Squad employee, fixed the issue in no time at all. It was notably the best customer service I'd received, he was knowledgeable and professional. 10/10, would have him fix my laptop again!
