I bought my first Samsung oled tv 75.
Was sold on it from the sales associate. That it was protected under warranty. I have 8 kids and I asked them specifically. If the tv would be covered if something would happen to it and they assured me it would. I will never buy another product from best and don't ever recommend buying from them ever again. There False advertisements to sell things to get money.

Went in for battery repair on iPhone and they lost my phone during repair. Replacement was supposed to be within a day and has now been a week they have no answers for me and I don’t have a cell phone. Poor service, communication, and poorly trained employees.

This Best Buy doesn’t apparently know how to stock their product on the shelves and place things in front of tags misleading the price of items. Then when you go to the register they show the correct price of items and when you prove to them what price it shows in front of the item they claim it’s for a different model and they cannot honor the price… beware of their false advertisements

Immediately greeted when I walked in to pick up a new laptop. I showed the young gentleman what I was thinking of getting and he shared some additional info. He was friendly and easy going. He quickly grab my laptop and helped find a case to fit, checked me out, and I was on my way. Easiest $1500 I've ever spent.
