Never again would be an understatement. The woman we went to today was so rude and rough and I couldn’t wait to leave. We went in excited to get our nails done for vacation and it was completely ruined by rude service. I deviated from Apple Nails and I’ll never make that mistake again. Visited the salon for the first time not knowing you had to book an appointment first but they somehow got me in, so I was super happy about that. The nail tech was great and did exactly what I wanted quickly and efficiently! Will definitely be coming in as a regular.Services: Nail painting

Would not recommend coming here. Got a mani pedi. Pedi: water was scolding, told him, ignored me 2x. Finally added some cold water. Showed him and told him the number nail polish. Put on the wrong color and didn’t even ask if it looked ok when starting. Had til tell him it wasn’t the correct color. Told me I was wrong so I showed him the color. Didn’t use any callous removing gel, don’t think the store owns any cause they didn’t use it for my fingers either. My nail polish looks like my 10 yo did my finger nails then he wakes off. I finally got up to pay when my nails were dryish (no fan or spray available). Had to wait a few minutes to pay. $60 for this service!! No thanks. Never coming back.

Had appointment today at 11:30. Arrived 5 minutes early. Was asked if I was doing manicure. I said that I only wanted a pedicure. Owner said he was running late. Could I come back in 30 minutes. Went to bookstore and when I came back they were taking care of two women who were not ahead of me. This is the third time this has happened. They lost a long time customer today. Salon is very clean and they do great work, but they seem to prioritize women getting both manicures and pedicuresService: Pedicure

I needed my acrylics off and booked an appointment just for removal. Han was very nice and efficient. I was in and out and he even took the time to reshape my nails after and add strengthener and top coat. Everything was so clean as well. I will be back!

Hann was so personable and we kept conversation almost the whole time. He truly cares for his clients both new and current. He explained the process and what he was using on our nails. Better products for healthier nails is essentially what he stands by. And no acrylic odor. We will definitely be returning. A truly great experience.Services: Manicures

Bella Nails accommodated me with the time I want to get my nails done. They had even called me back to schedule my appointment. This was my first visit. Salon was modern and clean. Multiple mani and pedi stations. The young lady that gave me a pedi, spoke English, was very nice and easy to talk to. She did a wonderful job on my pedi. The owner was also there he was very nice and checked on me a few times while I was there.

The best and only nail salon I'll ever go to in Morgantown! I have been a repeat customer for over a year and have been getting my friends to join me as well! Extremely clean with very kind staff. They do the dip powder, no acrylics, but also offer gel!

Absolutely loved that they were taking me in as a walk in, and did an incredible job for a great price. The shop was clean and nice, and they were gentle with my hands and ignorance about having my nails done (maybe have had my nails done a handful of times in my life).

Tiffany just gave me the best pedicure I’ve had in probably 15 years. She took her time, massaged so wonderfully, and I did not feel rushed at all. I think I’ve found my new home
