Walked in there to grab some led lights for my 97 ranger and when i went to bend over to grab the blazer lights i saw in the corner of my eye one of the workers staring at me i think his name was randy then i walked up to the counter and needed a part for it also and he was being flirty with me and kept getting closer so i just said forget it and walked out very very disgusted i ended up going to the other store and everyone There was super friendly and nice even though the other store is further away from me ill be shopping at the Sabraton from now on

I stopped by Autozone on Monongahela Blvd to get a replacement headlight. Sarah Wilkins provided me with honest and helpful information about the 3 different options and then replaced the bulb for me. Sarah was very nice, easy to talk to, and an overall great employee!

In the early morning hours of 4/26/24, my brother and I experienced a charging system problem in my older Nissan Sentra, driving back to Texas from our sister's funeral in N.Y. We made it over the rise just coming into West Virginia and coasted downhill until the car came to a stop at your lot. We sat and recharged, hoping to make it to a motel, but was only able to get to the gas station at the bottom of the hill, where the manager was kind enough let us sit and recharge till dawn. After a chilly wait, we tried to make it back up the hill, just making it back to your parking lot. I believe it was providence that brought us there, as that is as far as the car would go! I feel that if we took a different route home, things would have turned out terribly different. As it was, Christian the manager and his crew went to work right away to find the cheapest alternator price, which AutoZone 6736 Morgantown beat all others by a mile!!! Christian and his crew went far above and beyond the call of duty to help a couple of stranded motorists return quickly and safely back home again!!! A million thanks for this store's manager, crew and even AutoZone corporate for their kindness and compassion. You have a customer for life!!!

I came in for a power steering fluid hose. They did not have the right one for my vehicle, but promptly found the part to replace it. Additionally, they are knowledgeable about their products and when to use them.

Needed a purge valve for my daughter's Sonic that I wasn't familiar with. Ernest Pack did a spectacular job explaining what this part did for the car to me and my daughter. He also ran a diagnostic test for us. I usually go to Advanced but Ernest just won my business.
