I did a trade in at this store for the second time. The first time it took coming back several times to get my account credited correctly and show up on my bill. This time they said I would get a full credit and my bill would only go up by $5.00. I was paying about $140. I am now paying $251.00 and no trade in was ever credited. After going back and talking to them they said they had no record of a trade in. Of course the sales person was no longer working there. Both my son and myself were there when we did the trade in. So now it's full price for the new phone and it's so sorry too bad you're screwed. I've been with AT&t for about 15 to 20 years. I will be switching as soon as I do some research. Someone outright lied to us and now AT&T is around $800.00 richer at my expense. Do not use this store!

Had another great experience at this Atnt store! Tristen and Maddie helped me out getting an upgraded phone. They were very helpful and caring! Highly suggest coming to this Atnt store!

Gabby , Chad , and Dylan went above and behind to help me ! Gabby the manager is very caring and intelligent and they all truly care about their customers ! I can’t Thank them enough for all their help and kindness. I highly recommend them to anyone !

The staff here was great especially, Maddie, she worked to get us the best possible deal on my large family plan. Greatly appreciated her time and effort. This definitely my go to local retailer!

In December, I purchased 3 new Iphones at a store in Meadowbrook Mall. The phones were mailed to me because they didn’t have in stock. The phones came, 2 were activated for Christmas presents, no issues. The 3rd phone I tried to activate Jan 5th, I unboxed and tried to turn it on, phone would not power on. I called AT&T support, they tried to help, but no success and connected me with Apple support, they tried to no success or suggestions. After many hours on phone and days later I went to AT&T store, where I met Gabby (mgr) from Morgantown AT&T store (filling in for day) she tried phone to no luck and set me up with Best Buy Geek Squad, I went and still no luck or replacement idea. I spoke to Gabby, she spoke to her District Mgr who authorized her to take care of customer. Gabby called me and said give me 10 minutes to call some stores, she was able to locate another phone at a AT&T store in Fairmont WV and she would personally go pick up and meet me at her store. I was so impressed with her customer service and persistence to make it right for me and did it with a smile and customer satisfaction. While waiting I observed her team working and they were all so pleasant with customers and were happy associates. Kudos to this store and Gabby you went above and beyond, Apple and Best Buy could take lessons.

My wife and I are very pleased with the service we received from Logan at this store. He was very helpful and listened to what are needs were in terms of what we wanted and what AT&T had to offer. We highly recommend this store.

Very happy with my experience here. Maddie, my sales person, was awesome! Super chill, didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t want and made the upgrade process to my new 15 pro-max seamless. For once, a really good experience with a cell provider. Keep up the good work Maddie!

Anthony was the only one to greet us and let us know he’d be with us soon after waiting a while to be helped in a busy store. He was extremely friendly and his charismatic personality made an otherwise unexciting task enjoyable. He had us laughing the entire time he was helping us. We ended up purchasing all our accessories in store from him (which we normally don’t, we always get cheap stuff from Amazon) but he was a great salesman.

What a wonderful experience we have had at this store! Gabby and all the staff go above and beyond customer service and help. I brought an elderly relative in to the store twice now. We are both not great with technology - Gabby sat at a table with us and answered every question, showed us how to do things on the phone we are unfamiliar with- and was so very patient and kind. Gabby is a wonderful representative of ATand T.Elena and Sue

In my 53 years of being in this world I have never had service as bad as this period. A gentleman by the name of Anthony they let close the store knowing I'm sure that I'm not the first that he likes closing early I walk in and probably about 20 to 8:00 which is their closing time all I wanted was to pick up a SIM card that was supposed to be given to me the AT&t customer service said that they would. Well he tells me that he's not giving me any SIM card I had to pay for it while I had a problem with that I said that they told me I didn't have to he said I don't have to listen to them p if I give them all away there won't be enough for other people other people that want I have the most expensive plan. Very very horrible customer service it's 15 to 8 by that time that I decided I'm going to pay for it I said I'm just going to pay for it and I'm not going to argue about it I need the SIM card and I go out to get my cash and while I'm out the door he yells out card only I've already counted my register down that means that he cou before 7:30. Like I was really crying and I'm not usually a big baby but I just couldn't believe how rude he was he just didn't give a about customer service now I've also been waiting on by the manager is nicest person to ever waited on me pretty much and also another young lady with short hair and glasses who was also very nice but this disrespectful no good idiot should not be working with customers that's all I have to say about this Anthony shame on you AT&t for not doing better. When I called the customer service number all they had to say was maybe you should go to another store why should I have to walk cuz I don't drive further because they have some self-centered idiot

Gabbie was the most helpful AT&T associate we have ever had. She was quick to go above and beyond to rectify a problem a different AT&T store caused. She was direct and got right to the issue. We really appreciated her and the team at this AT&T store

Everyone at this location was wonderful! Anthony in particular was super kind and energetic. I had my two year old daughter with me and he went out of his way to be kind to her and give her treats from a Halloween candy bowl they had in the store. He explains everything thoroughly and goes over every option. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!
