I had called about 20 minutes before coming to the store and the associate I spoke to was very polite, answered all of my questions, and helped me get the information I needed. When I got to the store, within 30 seconds an associate (my receipts say his name is Jerel.) had greeted me and we talked about what I was looking for, we found out that he was who I had spoken to on the phone. My only intentions were to upgrade my phone, however Jerel was able to convince me to buy both a new smart watch as well as get a new tablet. (The tablet was free though lol). Jerel and I couldn't find a case for my new phone on any of the walls, so he went digging through the drawers and found one for me, got my new phone set up, put my new case on, and answered any and all questions I had. I had a great experience today and i'm happy the first AT&T store I called before this store didn't have the phone I wanted haha. 10 out of 10 would totally reccommend Jerel and that store.

D.J. McLean did a great job of helping me with an incorrect text number that was being sent to my contacts. He was friendly and courteous, solved the problem as well as assisted me in swapping out a phone protector case that worked with the charger I had previously purchased. Great service with a smile!

I don’t usually leave reviews but I had to for this one. Sam was great. He solved many issues and answered all of my questions in a matter of a few minutes. No upselling, just honest information. Best customer service I’ve ever received for my phone. I highly recommend coming to this specific AT&T store in Morgantown.

Worked with Dylan, on a new phone. He was the most knowledgeable customer service representative I have ever dealt with. He really verified my needs and recommended the proper phone and plan. He took the yi.e to explain everything and answered all my questions.

We purchased a new phone with Jerel C and I am extremely disappointed in how he handled us.We told him more than once, “Do Not change anything on my plan”I just found out today that Jerel added an early upgrade,? put my phone on premium ?and added Insurance?.Jerel never even offered us those options. Jerel just took it upon his self ?because he said, that he works on commission.I am lost for words on what Jerel did….

Dylan Bennett bamboozled my grandparents with promises of a free tablet. This was not correct, he failed to provide decent/any customer service. Beware when dealing with this CSR. AT&T should be ashamed of themselves.

I won't return to the store. I walked in the store and sat down. Employee said it will be a few minutes. After about 15 minutes he was done with the other customer. While he was finishing the paper work. Someone walked in with phones he had purchased earlier. Associate started helping the gentleman that had purchased phones earlier. After waiting another 10 minutes. Another associate came out of the back of the store. He saw I was sitting there in around 2 minutes someone walked into the store. The second associate started helping her. The first associate weren't you next. I answered yes. But the second associate didn't pay any attention. So I just got up and left.

I went to AT&T to get my eSIM and nobody but this one guy helped me to solve my problem his name is Joseph. They must learn from that guy who stayed with me until my issue was solved. One more time, thank you Joseph!!!

On a busy day when the iPhone 15 was first released, we were greeted as we walked in and proceeded to arrange for a new phone and trade in the old one. Dylan stayed with us to download data from iCloud and made sure the phone was working properly.
