My 2014 Silverado was not driving right and was at the point of being unsafe. Weimer of Morefield Wv took my truck in for it's third front end alignment. Great place to get service no drama, relaxed but, the best part, they took the time to listen to my story and focused on the problem. I only stress this point as I had the truck fully aligned at another Chev dealership TWICE and I was given the "move along" treatment and Of course I was wrong. I will from now on use the Weimer Chev service dept. in Morefield WV from now on. By the way, my truck drives like new now. Thanks Guys.

Excellent Experience! Bought a new 2024 Hummer SUV EV from them without actually going to the dealership. (I am in Delaware.) My sales person Brett was on his game. Extremely responsive to my calls and mostly texts. Couple of issues, he made them both right with the help of his management team and Khy on the finance team. No games, no changing the plan, none of that nonsense.I greatly appreciate their business ethic and the personalized customer service experience I received.The truck arrived perfectly and I could NOT be Happier!Thank you guys!

We bought a new vehicle from them 3 years ago. The sales team was very knowledgeable and answered any questions we had. As part of a package we bought, it included oil changes and tire rotations. Several times, we had called to let them know they forgot the tire rotation. We recently took the vehicle to them for a staye inspection. They stated the brake pads were worn down and needed replaced. We found that the tire on the front right was worn on the inside bare, and the brake pad/rotor was damaged on 1 side only, this was not listed in their inspection. We spoke to a technician that informed us that 90% of the vehicles in town were like this, that is not normal what so ever. After jumping through hoops and buying tires, they did mount and balance them for free, only after telling them they pit that charge on the bill for the tires. They did an alignment on a 2 day old machine. We took the vehicle elsewhere to have everything checked. The other place had just had their machine calibrated, informed us that weimers machine was out, we informed them. They denied it and once again stood their ground just to save the company money.

I highly highly recommend going to Weimers to get a vehicle and if you do go ask for Mark Ray he made buying a vehicle alot easier and he is by far the best car salesman I’ve ever talked to he truly and genuinely wants to help you get the best vehicle that’s perfect for you he was able to get me in a 2018 Chevy trax and I absolutely love it if you decide to go here I’m telling you ask for Mark Ray thank you mark for all your hard work with out you I wouldn’t have been able to get such a awesome vehicle

It came out to my vehicle and did a diagnostic testing on issues that helped the vehicle run properly. They did not charge me for this, he was very thorough and very kind. But it was bad and they advised me not to drive my vehicle. They are so backed up I could not get it in right away to get fixed.
