Quick and easy one stop shopping for everything I needed. I was looking for diatomaceous earth to help a friend out that was having a pest problem and Southern States has the affordable big bags of the stuff. They also have gardening supplies, they also do AR least heating installation (don't know if they do full hvac stuff), they also have a service where they refill propane by weight and it is super cheap.

This rating is based on the inability to speak with anyone on the phone. It goes to an automated directory. The auto voice prompts a callee to press various # for various inquiries. Always when I press any of the numbers as instructed, nothing happens and the automated voice returns to the beginning of its recording. I shouldn't have to drive to the store to ask a question. At Tractor Supply there is no automated voices and you can speak to a real representative right away.

Great team down there, found myself in a jam and from call, signing up for service, and showing up at my door took about an hour. Great job and much appreciated.

Stay far away they installed my propane tanks against code and used appliance hook ups instead of the proper hook ups and put ne and my kids in danger. They also treat there customers so horrible and also will make excuses for 6 months and take money out of your account and never show up to fill your tanks . Logan is the worst to deal with so many excuses . Avoid at all cost if you dont want them to cause damages and a fire in your home .

Talked to lady about propane service she said she would be here until 6 PM and was not then got the run around from them and being told a whole another story about what I was told over the phone I had a count in Stephen city southern.states for 6 years and had no hassle before until dealing with this location

My in-laws bought a well pump from this location and had it installed. The pump stopped working while it was still under warranty. They contacted the store and notified them that it needed to be replaced. They were told it was cold and muddy and that they'd do it as soon as they could. That was the beginning of the winter. Fast forward, we are now in February. Despite making 3 calls to the store to talk with the folks who do the installations and/or the store manager, I'm yet to get any assistance. The woman who answers the phone there takes messages, but the store manager refused to talk to me until he'd spoken to the person who does installations. WHAT?! My in-laws are in their 90s and have fallen three times this winter trying to get water from a spring. This is absurd to me and not how any reputable company does business.

As long as you get the right employee and not the one woman who works there the employees are very very knowledgeable and can help you find exactly what you need and are looking for within 5 minutes the prices are not outrageous and you get the quality that you are paying for I highly recommend this business.
