Megan Dingas took the time to explain every step to me. There was a situation and she stayed on it until it was resolved. I called to say I was running late. They weren't opened yet and she called me back to see what was wrong; before they opened.

The price that is charged to get my taxes done seems to be more and more each year. I could have done them myself though other means but I chose to go to H&R because I wanted the reassurance that they was done right. However the price that is charged for the service is very high in my opinion.

there was a tax preparer there with very strong perfume on I do believe is was the older lady because i did't smell it until she moved around the room. It was so strong I thought i was going to get sick and pass out. When your dealing with the public you shouldn't use so much or so loud perfume there is people with allergies and asthma and sensitivity to strong smells. there was a baby there coughing I was wondering if that was triggering the baby cough. I mentioned it to my tax preparer she stated she had been sick and couldn't smell.
