A little too friendly! But I respect that store. I'm a tinker I fix alot of old farm equipment. I like their selection of nuts and bolts. They carry alot of stuff in their small bins that you can't find within 60 miles. Rivets, nuts and bolts, little stuff, etc.

Have always felt uncomfortable in their store, Poor customer service, you pay for a warranty on trimmers & they fail to uphold the warranty. When you ask why, they hang up on you.

Called for advice on hooking up an ice maker. Got a recommendation and when my girlfriend went to pick up the stuff, Will even prepped one of the valves by crimping it on to the pipe. Great service!

Very helpful employees. This store offers much more than is apparent from the street. I purchased a chainsaw, and looked at their wood burning stoves. They also had hardware, paints (colored to order), metal roofing, and more. This will be a store I will be frequenting a lot.

I've been in this store once, I own land nearby and needed a semi-hard to find chainsaw file. I expected the worst opened the door, and couldn't have been more impressed. The young girl working in there knew exactly what I needed and where to find it in the isle. I was pretty speechless, it was no big deal to her - haha. I'm coming back for a new Stihl chainsaw tomorrow, even if it's more expensive than other stores (haven't compared yet) I am sold on this place. Knowledge and kind staff serving a local community will win my business every time. Thank you Hardman's!
