Broke down in the area while on a road trip 6 hours from home. First impression was great, they have a text option for after hours and someone came up on a Saturday to put the bike inside. That was great.7 weeks later I finally had to call them and tell them I was coming to get it due to them not even diagnosing my clutch problem in that time. Every time I called they said it woul be "next week".I needed some body work repaired due to a deer collision while it was being towed also. They did quote and order those parts which came in promptly, but they didn't find time to do that work until I told them I was coming to get it several weeks later then they suddenly found time. Never did diagnose my clutch problem. If they're too busy, they should tell you when you drop it off that they can't get to it for 2 months, not just let it sit for half the summer while telling you it will be next week.

Unfortunately on the 9th day of our 10 day road trip we found ourselves broken down on the side of the interstate. 30 miles from Ohio Valley Indian we "tossed" the bike onto a flatbed and arrived at the dealership around 5:00. Being a Saturday the dealership closed at 3:00 however Jim ,one of the owners, was there working late, welcomed us and opened up to permit us to park our bike inside until Monday morning when the service department could diagnosis the issue. After a leisurely Sunday spent at the hotel pool we were back on the road by 10:30 Monday morning. I simply do not know how Jim and his staff could have been more accommodating, pleasant and efficient getting us in and out in such a timely manner.A STRONG recommendation and a HUGE Thank You to Ohio Valley Indian Motorcycle! We hope to see you again under different circumstances.

Special Review, No I did not buy my Indian Chief at this dealership. I live more then a thousand miles away. However, after a long two day ride at 5 pm on a Sunday night, I broke down on route 50, 20 miles from the store. The exact reason I love the biker community, to many to count , people on bikes and in cars all stopped to see if we needed help. Mind you , its Sunday at 5pm.After calling Roadside (my ins company) AAA, No help, not even a call back. Two of my group road into town and found a gentleman with a tow truck. (Great guy, Randy). I had him bring my bike to Ohio Valley Indian Motorcycle. I left it in there drive way. coincidentally, my buddy on his Harley had a tire stem problem at the same time.So Monday morning I called the store and had the pleasure of speaking with Ashley Buckbee. She went above and beyond to calm me down, and get me back on the road ASAP not to ruin a riding vacation that has been planed for over 6 months. My conversation started with Ashly at 9 am. She called me back at 11:30 and said the bike was ready. Yes, they also fixed the front tire on my buddy's Harley.I have been in the Automobile business for over 40 years. the team at Ohio Valley is exemplary. No, it did not mater where I was from or where i bought the bike. These are real biker people and are the type of people that make the biker community so special and solid. This review cant say enough about a group of special people at Ohio Valley. I actually bought a vest only because it had a Ohio Valley patch on it.There is no way I can mention everyone that helped out, but thank you Ashley Buckbee, Cole Greathouse and Chris Roy. You guys are the best and this is just one of the stories that make the biker community so great.A very sincere and grateful thank you guys.Marty Cerrone

It's a shame during these times of short staffing, flat tire on the trailer, shipping delays and can't commit to getting to an out of stater woman motorcyclist whose bike is dead on the highway...then can't commit to getting to the diagnosis/repair right away because there's been other customers waiting for a month for service! Shame on you Polaris!

Wanted to try the Indian shop since it was so close to my house. BIG MISTAKE. Went in Monday for tires. Didn't get it back till the following Friday. FIVE days for tires! To make it even worse they butchered the bike. Came back missing a passenger peg which they swear they didn't touch, but I have pics of it the day I took it down with the peg on the bike. They also scratched my chrome in several places. Will never go back. Please, if you are thinking of going here, just DONT. Hope this saves someone the headache I am dealing with.
