My room- on the ground floor, was severely structurally water damaged. And LITERALLY every fixture, everything that should be fixed or attached to the room itself was loosely attached including the swing lock on the actual door. Screws were loose in EVERYTHING. I left early and booked a room at a different hotel closer to the interstate.

We love this place even through the protracted renovation. Great people! It will absolutely make me sick if they leave the Choice Hotels chain.

This is an older property and being such is a bit dated. The pool area needs a little bit of attention but was nice and included a hot tub. The room was incredibly spacious. Not only did it have two beds, it also had a sleeper sofa, a kitchenette with a sink, mini fridge, microwave, and cabinet space. Everything was nice and clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Upon arrival, the toilet would not flush but was quickly remedied by maintenance. We were a little disappointed with breakfast. There was make your own waffles, institutional scrambled eggs, sausage links, cereal, toast, oranges and typical breakfast drinks. All in all, not bad but looking at the breakfast menu, they have more items during the week than they do on the weekend. It would have been nice if they at least had Bagels and perhaps biscuits and gravy or a potato option. Not a huge deal, but personally I would be willing to pay a few extra dollars per night to have a little bit better breakfast variety. For the price I paid, it was not bad and I would stay there again.

For price,ok. Some issues in rooms but nothing I couldn't live without except for fridge, I had to get ice to keep beer cold. Got my steps in.

Well, if you're in good health when you get here, you won't be by the time you leave. The black mold in the bathroom showers, and the walls in the rooms or getting stuck with dirty needles in the beds will make sure of it. The place is quiet tho, on the 3rd floor only tho, cuz the first floor is usually packed with welfare recipients that were evicted, mostly because they have 27 people living in a 2 bedroom house, so then they all come stay here for $2 a day and let the kids run everywhere and into everything... they've got a mediocre breakfast tho, and the house keepers are cool as hell. P.s it's not their fault about the black mold. They do what they can with what they have

This hotel is a literal sh*thole. Our room was musty and stank of mildew, but we decided after a long drive to roll with it. Then we discovered wallpaper peeling off of an access panel on a wall. The bathtub/shower faucet and handles were so loose that they seemed as if they were about to pull out of the wall. Bits of stale popcorn were left littered on the mattress of the pullout sofa bed. Light fixtures were dirty and had cracked lampshades. Fruit flies buzzed around the sinks. Worst of all was the obviously water damaged patch of ceiling just above our bed. We made the best of it for one night as we were only staying for two days, but things got real the following day when we came back from exploring the area to find that the plaster on the ceiling had crumbled and fallen onto the floor. The room above ours had a serious leak that hadn’t been addressed for a good while - when the upstairs guests used their shower/tub, their water spilled through our ceiling. Luckily it didn’t happen while we were there, otherwise we could have been struck by falling debris. The lobby itself featured an empty vending machine area, dead insects on the floor, signs begging guests to pardon the non-existent renovations, and a snack area that was completely barren. Needless to say, after the ceiling fell, we packed and left. This is not an acceptable place to stay for any length of time.

Definitely an older hotel.Outdated stained carpet, curtains etc.Decently cleanMany postings of "please excuse mess due to renovations however, no indication of any Reno activity.Ok breakfast. I did like that their sausage was truly cooked as was their biscuits for gravy.Only offered non fat (skim) milk.Guest laundry ....very reasonable.Older machines however reasonably clean) No stinky front loaders.Very nice in/out Swimming.Very spacious rooms and Hallways.Air conditioning unit fan did not work.Condensing unit did.Set at 60Room stayed at a steady 68 with personal fan.TV had poor connection. No local news while morning shower etc.Evening news was non existent. Some channels for example...animal planet and childrens (Disney) did connect sometimes.Stayed 7 daysNice views of courtyard. No vending machines, only ice.Very very nice staff (their control islimited).

The rooms here are nice and big. They are also pretty clean. I've stayed here twice in the past month and breakfast was different both times. One time had multiple options for hot food and this past time was just a couple hot food options. I would stay here again and will when I'm in the area.

I've stayed here a lot. The rooms are outdated and smells, they need updated and cleaned better. I'm leaving a review this time because it's the first time I've gotten bedbugs here. Disappointed ?.

Stayed here for one night— a very busy first of the month weekend night it seemed. Room was very clean, hotel was clean and quiet, swimming pool/hot tub area aren’t the most updated but we really enjoyed them anyways and they were clean, breakfast had several options and every staff member we spoke with was really nice. Would definitely stay again.
