Awesome cabins. All the amenities you would need. Great location. Trails are 5 minutes away. Gas and trail permits are 2 minutes away. Dining within 5 minutes. Perfect setup.

Spent four days and three nights, facility could not have been any nicer. Very clean, quiet, comfortable beds, all amenities are provided, cabins are brand new. The Hot Tubs on the porch were a nice touch after a long day of riding. Very Close to both trailheads, GREAT location!! The family who owns these does a very nice job, and they make you feel very welcome to their small town!!

This place really stood out when searching for a place to stay and I’m glad our group took the 5 hour drive to Coal Camp Lodging! From the ride down into town and the easy access to the trails you couldn’t ask for a better first time experience! We had a great time celebrating my buddies bachelor party and we hope to stay here again in the future!

If you're looking for a perfect set up look no further! These cabins are all you need. Set up great for groups or single rentals! Louise is hands down the sweetest most caring individual I have rented from at HMT. From the day we set our reservations till a day after we left she was making sure everything was perfect for us. Thank you Louise Pruitt-Smith and family for the wonderful time! Looking forward to staying there again!

My Husband and I booked this for Easter weekend with our kids and We Love this place. It lacks nothing. It’s close to trails, super clean, and large enough for larger groups. Did I mention it has a hot tub!! The prices can’t be beat. We will book here again.

Easy to find. They have thought of everything down to a lighter and charcoal for the grill.We had issues with our atv, and the property owner tried to help us identify any problems with it.One bedroom downstairs with a queen bed and two bedrooms upstairs. One with three singles and the other has one queen and one single.

We just stayed at CCL and had 3 cabins. The place was absolutely perfect and had everything one could need and more. The hospitality was 5 stars in itself. The cabins were very clean and the layout is perfect. They are also close to many amazing trails. There is also great bars and restaurants close Trail Head Bar and Grill is a blast and Tipple is good. Highly recommend CCL. Thank you.

Best stay in Hatfield. Hosts are kind and inviting. Such a beautiful space and well designed. Every aspect of this space was well planned. It’s clean and new!!! If your spending time in West Virginia you must go here!

The entire experience staying at Coal Camp was top notch. 14th trip up to ride the Hatfield McCoy trails and this is the nicest cabin we have stayed in. Hosts were very helpful and kind, and cabins were built with every conceivable detail covered. Best of all, the location is perfect for riding Devils Anse, Buffalo Mountain, Rock House, and now the HillBilly trails just across the border in Kentucky. The Devils Anse and Buffalo mountain trails were less than a 5 minute ride from the cabin. Added bonus, you can sit in the hot tub and get pizza delivered from Giovanni’s.
