Very helpful, and nice. Gary was the absolute best so there is no replacing him, but they always try to help no matter what.

Rude young lady works here she has a chip on her shoulder with people for no reason. No body wants to come in your store to deal with nasty people for no reason! Get your act together and control your inner issues stop bringing them to work! I’ll travel to reedsville from Now on

Rip Gary. The older lady who works here is wonderful. She helps in every way she can and she always seems to be in a good mood. However the younger women..... she’s beyond rude. Will not do ANYTHING to help you. Ask her a question and she’ll point to the answer no words at all. Ask her to help w something and she’ll say “we’re not supposed to do that”. If she didn’t work there it’d be 5 stars.

Good staff. The post master is a real nice person and he'll help you any way he can. Thats just the type of people who work here! Even the janitor is an amazing person who can always make you smile no matter how hard a day your having. Nice helpful and caring establishment!

Really helpful people. Will do anything to help u find a lost or misdirected package. It'd be nice to have longer office hours, so u could go after work and get help mailing a package..

Staff has always been very friendly to me. USPS can be frustrating at times because of constant errors in shipping but the people that work here have nothing to do with those mistakes. They always go beyond what they are required to do at the Masontown PO.

Slow service not many employees and the ones that are there are senior citizens. If your family are a locals you will receive better service. If you are new to the area you may be treated like you are bothering the older women who work there.
