Very unprofessional, hung up on a person who couldn’t speak and had to use an interpreter. Lies about having inspection stickers (also turned this into the state).

He’s extremely rude to a deaf customer. I use a video relay with an interpreter to call him and asked him if he has more inspection sticker. He replied no and hung up before I get to finish my conversation. When a hearing person called him for me and asked if he has inspection sticker available and he replied to the hearing person that he will be ready in an hour. Hmmmm. He’s an audist to deaf customer. He need to improve that especially when it comes to customer that are deaf.

I pulled in after my daughter's appointment and Mr. Streets took me in for a inspection. I will be doing business with him for now on. I 10/10 recommend. He is a super nice guy and gets the job done. :) Fantastic service!
