“After an extremely disappointing trip to Advance Auto, I found myself at AutoZone. I needed my battery replaced. These gentlemen were extremely helpful and the battery installation I was told at Advance was 30 minutes, Charlie had it finished in 9 (yep, I timed him). He was also kind enough to fill my washer fluid for me. Keep up the great work!”

“Parts and mechanical departments are always friendly and professional, after taking my Lincoln MKZ to the Lincoln dealer several times and then local mechanics for a noise in the suspension, I finally got the car fixed by Scott Ford. The chief mechanic took the time to listen to me and then investigate the problem. Had the car back in just a few hours and was charged a more than fair price for the work performed.”

“Good Samaritan! My van broke down at the Sheetz gas pump. I went across to NAPA thinking I'd need to buy a battery and the NAPA salesperson walked back to Sheetz with me to my van and tested the battery. Turned out battery was fine. He gave some input on what might be wrong. Very helpful even though I ended up not buying anything.”
