The owner is super friendly and very polite! There are quite a few machine and a separate area if you wish to "weight lift". Everyone seems friendly and the place is super clean! Lots of parking and decently lit even after dark.

14 is the youngest a member can be, anyone under 18 must be have a parent or guardian sign them up and sign all required waivers, the parent, guardian or who ever the parents authorizes must be present at all times that anyone under 18 is working out. The first months membership for all new members will be 35 dollars, 30 pays for the membership and 5 pays for the access card that gets you inside the building, for ever month after, your membership is 30 dollars. We do offer discounts for members from the same household ($10 a month), military, law enforcement, students. When signing up explain which discount you believe you qualify for and we will gladly provide that discount.
