“I’ve primarily used this location the past 10 or so years. Always phenomenal service. Today I came in less then 5 minutes before close in a panic because I had seen my card information was stolen. The teller cleared the issue for me, printed me out a new debit card and even put in a rush order to try to get me reimbursed faster so my mortgage wont be late. I wish I woulda caught her name but honestly all the employees at this location are great. Thank you so much for always being helpful.”

“I took my brother over to the Ohio Valley Bank in Mason, West Virginia today and a guy named Jason accommodated to us in a way he didnt have to. My brother is handicapped and requires a wheel chair. Instead of having to take the chair out, put it together and than get him out Jason brought the paperwork out to accommodate him. I couldn't thank him enough.”
