WM helped us in our time of need. My father had passed and we needed to clear out his garage. They informed us that they were busy the week that we needed their biggest bin but were able to send it out to our house without a hassle. We appreciate WM and definitely will call upon them in very near future.

I appreciate the good job you guys do on a weekly basis. It can be a challenging job dealing with the public and the weather at times. Its a thankless job. I do have a small complaint. Lately I've had to retrieve my garbage can from the road. Today it was left partially in the road and directly in front of my mailbox. Picture attached. Leonard, 1596 Nadenbousch Lane. We bought two WM bagsters from Home Depot for debris from a house refurbishment. We have now been waiting three weeks for them to be picked up. Numerous calls and emails to customer service were fruitless. They say they will "contact dispatch to find out what is going on and call you back". I got a return call once out of five occasions, with a promise to collect the following day that never materialized.

I have had to replace my trash can after watching their guys throw it into my yard, breaking the wheels off of it. They have also taken bags that were on the top of my can and thrown them back into my yard instead of into their collection truck. They have left bags sit on sidewalks, in the roadways, and have thrown around my neighbors cans as well. If I did my job like this, I would have to look for another one. The trash bill has never not been paid either!
