I was attempting to secure a storage unit. They do have very competitive pricing. There is apparently only one person that works the office so getting ahold of anyone is very difficult. I showed up to the office during their office hours and the doors were locked. I called and left a message and was never called back. I went elsewhere for a unit.

Wish you could give 0 star review. DO NOT BRING YOUR STUFF HERE UNLESS YOU WANT EVERY ITEM IN YOUR STORAGE TO BE INFESTED WITH MICE. Mice everywhere and if you happen to come here and experience mice in your stuff, the people willLaugh in your face and let you know pest controlIs not in the contract. Pathetic Establishment.

Great place! We had issues when we first got our unit because our code wasn't entered into the system for a few days.Aside from that the area is clean, well maintained, and affordable. The most amazing thing is a mix of honest patrons as well as staff. My husband accidentally left something of high value for his job outside our unit. We didn't notice and then recieved a phone call about it. Someone found it and TURNED IT IN. (Seriously shocked about that, but also incredibly reassured that there are still nice, honest people out there!) The office looked through surveillance footage to see who it belonged to and called us. So grateful! We found it difficult to find a small unit that you can drive up to unload your stuff. Most places were either enormous units that we didnt need, inside a larger building, or insanely expensive. This place had some that were also affordable!

Kind of expensive. 45 a month smallest unit. If you pay with a card there is a fee of 1.45 . Call first too. They aren't always there.

As far as the truck itself (Penske) it was fine. But I'd not return to rent from this business again. The truck was not completely filled with fuel when we picked it up, the mileage on the paperwork was incorrect, and before returning we filled it completely with fuel then drove the 3 or so miles to return the truck. Next business day they sent an invoice through email charging for extra fuel! Three (3) extra gallons of diesel fuel!! I've learned they have done this to someone else I know that rented from them recently. Fortunately, my son took pics of the fuel gauge and odometer reading using his cell phone both before moving the truck from their lot and after returning it to their business. They took off the extra cost for fuel when they learned that he had done this. I felt like they are over charging on purpose! Proceed with caution if you rent and use pics to verify your usage!!

Undependable office hours. Called and even stopped by to move out the day before the New Year and no one was there. Obviously businesses are closed New Years Day, so I came in the next day to turn in my lock and keys, and they still charged me for another a full calendar month.
