ordered baby pink cupcakes when I picked them up they were hot pink looked like a two year old made them . wry disappointed. lady in bakery informed me that the lady does what she wants .

Poor customer service on a Thursday evening with minimal customers in the store. At the deli when asking about a cheese that this store usually has, the lady who asked if she could help told us if you don't see it we don't have it. Sadly her colleague previously (yes this has happened before - same staff) told her to check in the back and it was there, just had not been restocked. At the checkout the ONE register with staff finished our check out, sad nothing and began bagging the next customer before we had removed our groceries, mixing the purchases. Left curious if anyone cared about customer service.

Don't bother calling there, I called 6 times in a row and someone picked up the phone and hung it up every time. My boyfriend called and finally got through, he was immediately placed on hold. The person in the phone didn't even greet him just placed him on hold. They finally did answer but how ridiculous. This store makes Weis look bad as a company and I love Weis.

One full service checkout open at 4:10pm. There are plenty of store personnel available standing around. They will point customers over to self checkout, but not open anything up. The line is going all the way down the aisle. If I have to scan and bag the groceries I pay for, then kindly send me a W2 and call me an employee.

They don't seem to treat their employees fairly. The whole environment is just very uncomfortable.

I like the store but employees wearing mask on their chins is rather useless. Understanding that the isles are narrow I would also think employees could at least step aside to let customers through. ( also while mask are on chins.)

The staff at pharmacy and throughout the store are nice, professional and patient helpful people. Quick pharmacy services and regular groceries .nice staff that offers help to load your groceries for you..
