My partner and I shop there every week. We are considering shopping elsewhere. We were looking for baby powder, macaroni salad, and shredded lettuce. The baby powder wasn't stocked in the baby section, so we had to walk to the pharmacy. Macaroni salad wasn't in the deli, so we had to walk, again, across the store to the frozen food section. They were out of shredded lettuce, I asked an associate to see if they had any in the back. Her response ... "They have some, but it's in the back, and they don't feel like getting it." I should've asked for a manager at that point, but I was so mad, I just checked out and left. In the past year, this Walmart has fallen with customer service, and raised their prices almost 100%. I feel that I could go to Weis, or Martins and get better prices, if not prices, then save with points that are offered with their cards. Plus, I truly believe that the customer service would be better. The last time time, I was at Walmart, The cashier didn't even speak to me, except to give me the total of my bill.

I visited women section but couldn't find a white blouse. I did quick grab & go groceries shopping. I used self checkout to pay for merchandise items. I would visit this Walmart again.

This is a great, clean, well stocked store. You can find what you want. You can make a big grocery haul or pick up a few things.

I hope management sees this because I have to give a HIGH FIVE to Mackenzie who was picking orders on 06/27/24 at about 4pm. She overheard me & my kids looking for Nutella Sticks and not finding them. As my 6 y/o daughter's eyes were filling with tears (first world problem), Mackenzie looked them up and found them! This earned her the title of hero and a hug from my daughter. I appreciate her paying attention to what was going on around her and saving the day!!

Love this place, clean, friendly staff. Definitely will shop here more. It's better than either one in Hagerstown or the one in Chambersburg.
