Can't call pharmacy because they don't answer phones. They'll blame their "time delay safe" for why they can't fill a prescription the same day. There are too many pharmacies around here to have to deal with their inconveniences.

This pharmacy has no time for their customers. My prescriptions are often not ready on time and getting partial refills is common which means more trips to the pharmacy. No consistency, just seemed like they are too stressed and pressed for time to take care of their customers. They may simply have too many customers and just not enough staff.

I had the worst pharmacy experience today. The pharmacy tech told me my insurance reported that I wasn't covered. I ended up calling my insurance company who verified I had coverage but the pharmacist refused to speak with insurance company over the phone. According to my insurance company all he had to do was type in the number they were trying to give him but the pharmacist insisted that I get out the drive thru line and drag my 3 children into the building, one of which was a sleeping baby. I ended have to pay cash for a covered rx because he was too lazy to type in a number. Great job Walgreens. You suck.

I had nasal surgery yesterday and my boyfriend went to pick up my meds there. They were apparently out of antibiotics??? Could not get ahold of anyone on the phone in the pharmacy. So I went back today and they were apparently still out of them. Instead of offering to call another Walgreens they just told me to go to another pharmacy and call them. So I went to Martins near the old mall and they were fantastic people but they told me Walgreens was impossible to get a hold of and they have had multiple problems with communication/reaching someone with them in the past. The Martins pharmacy called them five times and the Walgreens people hung up on them. So I had to come back to Walgreens again and demand the staff to pick up the phone. Then multiple staff members said to me that they didn't hang up on them or me and that the call center did??? What call center???? More like an automated phone system. It got to the point where the manager was asking me to leave the building and was going to call the police. I did get my meds from Martins, but why did I have to go through all that at Walgreens to just get them to pick up a phone. I spoke with the manager Bee later to get in contact with the GM and she refused to give me that information. I did apologize to her, because she didn't know what was going on. But she never asked me either why I was upset, what was going on and she was also being rude to me at the store. She told me I was being belligerent towards the staff. Well Bee, maybe if you and your staff could do your jobs properly then maybe your customers wouldn't get upset. I also had one of the technicians making fun of my bandage on my face. I would like to see what your face looks like after that type of surgery. I hate getting upset with others but your staff are extremely rude to your customers. Worst pharmacy ever!!!! Lazy staff, rude customer service, and an incompetent manager.

There were several issues trying to get my daughter's medication from another pharmacy. Of course she needed it right away. I believe his name was James who not only took on the task but went above and beyond in helping us get her much needed med that night. Thank you so much

Terrible customer service skills, the attitudes are unacceptable. Waiting an hr for them to mix amoxicillin is also ridiculous.

Just called twice and got hung up on!! About to try for three! Cvs corp needs to investigate their customer service there! Im trying to figure out prior authorization for my adhd medication, and then if they still havent figured it out in the last 2-3 weeks that the medication has been there then i was trying to figure out how much it would be out of pocket and they cant even answer my phone call! These employees there are busy I'm sure, however, being hungup on is unacceptable!!

They need a better pharmacy manager this month they have lost a prescription , ran out of medications even after days of submitting for refill and a host of other things I only gave 3 stars because eventually they did make it right but doesn't change the fact I went without medications I'm not supposed to miss doses of

Call to have my prescriptions filled and was put on hold forever waiting for someone to pick up just for them to tell me that they couldn’t fill my prescriptions unless I had insurance to cover them which I’ve always paid out of pocket and used good RX to get my prescriptions and the guy on the phone said I couldn’t do/use either and when I asked him to have it transferred to a different pharmacy he said he couldn’t do that either that I would have to call my doctor. I’ve never had to deal with any of that through Martins or Medi-Cap or really any other pharmacy I’ve ever been to. Smh

This Pharmacy is worse than a Colonoscopy.I have had to cancel meetings, cut short time with my Orthotists, and cancel Physical therapy because of this ridiculous pharmacy practicing medicine without a medical license.I have a Father to take care of and I can’t even take care of myself because this Pharmacy pretends playing doctor to treat my rare diseases.Shame on how unqualified the people are who took care of me for a week. I have transferred medical care to a better pharmacy with qualified people. Thank you

I called today because my meds were delayed again for the 4th month in a row??♀️ And I actually had the nicest lady on the other end of the phone. She seemed to really care and I appreciate that sincerely. She didn’t give me that’s “oh well” attitude. I wish I would have gotten her name. We need more people that genuinely care and have respect for others in the healthcare profession.

They get angry at each other. There is absolutely no organization and they can't keep track of anything. They also tell you it will be 10 minutes then you come back and say our minimum wait is 20 minutes. So just don't waste your time talking to them there's no point

I am a health professional and I get how hard healthcare is even when you do your best or have best intentions, but I have to say this Pharmacy is by far the the worst experience I have ever came across . I can't think of one area that they are above par in. Everything in the pharmacy section works exceptionally poor. I was a client for years and I would never depend on something as important as my medication with such poor and unprofessional practice. Unfriendly and I always got the impression I owed them something and looked at as a bother. If you dread people and your job in healthcare then your in the wrong job. Healthcare isn't glamerous and you won't get medals. I have never felt the need to write a negative report on anything until now. I'm sorry I had to.
