The rep I had was very good , but the phone insurance place and the overall system stinks . Rep helping me was very good. Verizon meh.. confusing I know.

Scottie was the best, he went above and beyond to help get me through the process of getting a new phone set up. Not having a new phone since 2008, he made it very easy for me. He needs a raise!
