Pleasant staff and experience as usual when I go to Valvoline. I don't feel it's anymore expensive than anywhere else and you can stay in your car and they are quick and efficient. Always give coupons and I will always return.

Went for an oil change at the family owed shop.It was sold to V . He didn't use a funnel , so he got oil on the engine. Then I step out and ask why, and he splashes, decreased all over the place. Didn't fill it 5 1/2 quarts as per the recommended spec.

Same as other reviewer this used to be my favorite oil change location to a point I'd drive there from Boonsboro but the last visit was terrible and twice the price. Won't be returning and I'm sad to see the rapid lube go out.

Stay away! Definitely not the same as Rapid Lube that was there before.Real shame they are gone.Said the dip stick was stuck and told me it was common to cover himself.Then, proceeded to agressively twist and pull at it and indeed did break it.Never once had an issue and I check the oil frequently. I definitely do NOT recommend. I wish I'd have pulled away and just did it myself. Lesson learned.
