They rock the most! The staff is helpful , friendly, clean, well-spoken, and knowledgeable. Never a problem with access, gate is highly functional, and a great view of the south-end mini-quarry! Prices are super-reasonable.

Excellent customer service. Very helpful. The only issue I had was that I brought a lock for m storage from the office and the keys didn't work. Staff replaced it right away.

I first learned about Valley Storage from a Google search. The storage options and location were exactly what I was looking for. After signing the lease online, I was contacted by the location manager where she filled me in on details I would need for using the facility. She mentioned the office carried locks, which I needed, and was able to purchase over the phone. She left the lock in my unit (nice touch), so I could save a trip. Overall great experience.
