Was lied to by sales rep that the Martinsburg area had full 5g coverage but in reality I barely get 4g service. The bill was 3 times what they told me. I have 2 bars at the most and it's always searching for service. I can't wait to get another carrier. They only care about commission.

JEFF and Jeramie went above and beyond they both deserve a raise !!! They great at helping me was very patient and as I was waiting I seen them both help a elder lady and mother was very patient and offer things above and beyond to help them as well this my first time with US CELLULAR AND NOW IM A customer I switched from Verzion and I would 100% suggest everyone goes gets the whole staff very friendly and patient thank you guys again I’m a long term customer!!

This place wouldn't be so bad. If you didn't have to wait for hour to get any help or pay a bill. It's absolutely ridiculous at times. My husband stood for 45 mins waiting just hand over money to pay a bill. I never seen a place that makes you wait hour before they can take ur money. But lord if you don't pay that bill on time, they don't make you wait hour turn that shut off. ? it's just ridiculous, it isn't just few times u go there, it's all the time!!!

Went here during the afternoon and i must say it's sickening the way the manager talked to the sweet lady that was helping me. If i had her for a boss i wouldn't be employed anymore. Sickening the way you talk to your employees! Hopefully you change your ways and treat your employees with respect!

Destiny was very helpful during the upgrading of our phones. She was very professional and was even able to add a line for my father in law, who was very happy with his flip phone ?. Destiny is a great asset to your company as I am sure there are a lot of annoying customers who are not happy at times with a phone or service and she seems to be the one who could keep her composure and handle any situation put in front of her. Great job Destiny will definitely search for you if I need phone assistance in the future. Thank you again!

I have now been with US Cellular for over a year and have been only marginally satisfied! The service is no better than any other carrier out there, maybe worse then some but I can’t say!My complaint at this point is that when signing up for an international plan that had u limited texting, we were not advised to turn the phone off to avoid data roaming charges while abroad, even after explaining that we did not want to accumulate data charges!Good customer service would have noted and advised accordingly!If you find my reviews useful, please like by clicking the thumbs up icon labeled helpful at the bottom. Absolutely horrible. I've been with this company for over a year. My bill has never been what they said. The reps admitted to messing it up and gave me credit for 5 months. My bill still has never been right. Rem stated my bill should be 320ish yet its 600. Customer service stated I was three months behind on my bill. But told me I was also up to date. Horrible company. Go to xfinity. Alot cheaper

Terrible prepaid policies! Need ID to pay a bill? Replaced a flip phone that died (bought at us cellular) and charged full price not prepaid price. ALWAYS the most terrible experience with US Cellular!??????

The phone itself is good but the service glitches alot, especially recently. I don't know why but it keeps shutting itself off. I have to turn off my WIFI and restart my phone and turn back on my Wi-Fi and wait about a minute for my service to turn back on. Unusual, please fix!!!

Have been with company for 6 yrs, service is ok, but CUSTOMER SERVICE, sucks. Store supposed to open at 10, see people inside, 5 people standing in line waiting to get in. It's almost 10:15 and it's cold outside. Very unprofessional!!
