The soft touch bay does an excellent job, and if for some reason you have an issue, call the customer service # and someone will get back to you with a resolution to your issue

I did the soft touch wash and only the sides were washed. The overhead brush didn't do anything and dryers didn't work.

Nice spot they have an automatic wash and ones you can do it on your own..plus they have foam soap options in the manual wash, you can apply it on your own which is cool.. they got all you need for a great clean up for your ride.
