My girlfriend and I went in to get some Olaplex and The Ordinary products on Friday 6/14. From the girly that showed us where the ordinary was, to the girl complementing our blush and lipstick, to the young lady that answered ALL of our questions about scalp/hair care (and trust me, we had a TON of questions!), the energy of the employees was comforting, and made us feel so welcomed to ask questions!! I'm so grateful for this recent trip, as I have gained so much knowledge on scalp and hair care!! I wish I knew the names of everyone that assisted us, but quite literally every staff member was phenomenal!! Oh, and ask questions!! I'm the type of person that just doesn't want to bother anybody, but these gals were more than happy to assist us! Thank you ladies!

The Martinsburg store has a much wider variety of items in store than the Hagerstown store. The staff are friendly and helpful, this is my new go to Ulta store, it's worth the 25 minute drive to be able to have a larger variety of items to choose from.

I have visited this store many times and always have a good experience, I recently stopped in and was asked if I needed help right away. The lady helped me with skin care and then took me to the MAC lady for makeup, she was also very helpful. They both went above and beyond, something that is hard to find now. I wish I could remember their names.

I was only helped by one consistent staff member while the rest were highly avoidant as if they don’t want to be bothered and just walk around until their shift is over collecting a check. Being new to shopping for cosmetic products should be something to be more inviting. Their rewards card system was not explained properly and it was my fault for believing in it, but all they do is harass you to sign up. I realized I wouldn’t need it as often as I would so I had it cancelled only after one use. Their corporate website was hard to access too as it kept saying my account was not to be found or didn’t exist. I ended up having to pay someone $9 just to speak to them to pay off the balance and cancel it…. I’ll never be back here after confirming the account is closed!
