Went in to get a propane tank refill and was told to go wait by the pump. Waited for over 20 minutes and then a grumpy older man came to my window and told me they "close the pump early on Sundays." It was a full hour before they close! Lost my business for good, place is going downhill fast.

We've been bringing our propane containers here for 2 years to get filled. Now all of a sudden they are unable to fill them.

Update: older workers have been helpful and happy while the younger have their faces to their phones. (I.E today's front desk associate)
The service and knowledge of the employees is AWESOME
Well i cant speak for all of them but the ones who helped me were ON POINT!

Give me Southern States anyday! Better prices and helpful employees.Bought horse weight booster and a bag of calf mana here yesterday.Asked the cashier to bag my items and she act like doing it was a insult and basically tossed my items at me causing the bag to rip.I gave this TSC another chance since they supposedly price match TSC the manager had an attitude and wouldn't price match any item.Please support your local feed stores or if convenient Rural King in Front Royal VA.

First time here since moving to Inwood. Needed water softener salt and wood pellets. Madison helped us from the floor to the register to the truck. Loaded every bag for us. First class customer service. We will definitely be back.

I use curbside pick up for the 36 lb bags of paws and claws cat food that I buy since I can't lift them. Great service. I have a question about my recent purchase. My cat food looks as though it has been chagef, no longer the variety listed on the bag Why?

Great experience. I visited the store to look at a Tarter Elite Dog Kennel. These are really good and I wanted another. Manager Jamie was very helpful and reminded me about the Neighbor's Club membership which gave me free same day shipping to Winchester!
