I myself am a patient at this pharmacy. My first few encounters were over the phone with a couple of staff members. My experience so far has been great. When your call is answered, your questions/concerns will also be. I have used the same pharmacy for years and was nervous about switching, but I'm glad I did!

Had surgery twice in 48 hrs at the Berkeley, needed meds on discharged that required some leg work from pharmacy to get filled, insurance.
