Been going to the other tmobile stores don't get me started lol.....by far this is the most amazing one yet. Shane and Michael are simply the best. By far the best store I've been to. Thank God for patience like Shane's. I think I might have overwhelmed him, but he sure didn't show it as he dealt with every issue I had. Y'all Rock

Just got mailed my new phone from the T mobile website today. Well I couldn't figure out how to put the SIM card into it without messing something up. So I decided to go into the store. Peter was there and able to help me right away. He got my new phone activated and synced in no time at all. I am VERY happy with my experience there today!! Thanks again Peter!! You were great!!!

DO NOT PURCHASE YOUR PHONE FROM THIS STORE. If you have damage to your phone within the 14 day return period the Manager has the discretion to accept your return or not.I lost 1000 on a phone because the manager would not accept the return that had I purchased online, they would have (Yes, be worried about the Flip4. You drop it and its curtains for the phone). Luckily t-mobile online values their 17 year loyal customers (just not this store) and they are comping me for a replacement phone. Still have to incur charges that had i purchased online i would not have but at least i dont feel like a hostage to a phone i determined within 14 days i do NOT want.Again, if i purchased it online, i would have been able to return no problem because they actually understand what a return period represents damaged phone or not.

This particular store has managers that embody the very definition of customer service. They have gone above and beyond to help us resolve an issue we were having!

Everyone at T-Mobile are helpful and want to solve any problems that arise with their customers. We had Brandon this last time and he was the sweetest man. He answered all our questions with much patience and understanding. Each time I go in I'm usually not happy about a problem but I always leave there happy and satisfied.

Yesterday 10/25/22 I received my Apple Watch in the mail that I ordered from the Sprint online. I couldn’t get it paired to my phone so I took it to the T-Mobile store in Charles town West Virginia when I walked in the man helping me actually yelled at me for not having my Sim card changed and that I’ve had a year to do it. I don’t think that he liked my response when I told him that I’m sorry I haven’t had time because I’ve had breast cancer and 4 surgeries in the last year and just haven’t had time to change the card over. I ended up leaving that store, thinking I was going to have to return my watch because he said that there was nothing he could do for me. So then I decided to go to the T-Mobile store at 775 Foxcroft Ave. in Martinsburg, West Virginia and try again. As soon as I walked in the store this guy came up to me and told me his name is Shane and asked me how he could help me today and I told him what happened at the previous store and he was like, come with me. Let’s try to get it figured out. I know that this review started out really bad but I want to say how wonderful my experience was at the second store. Shane was absolutely fantastic. It took a good bit of time, but he got my phone paired to my watch. I walked out so ecstatic because this watch was a gift to myself for beating breast cancer. So if somebody sees this, give Shane a raise, he deserves it.
