The girl who takes your blood, (Flabotomist) Is great. She takes care of my daughter (who is a type 1 diabetic) my daughter will not go to any other place/hospital she says the hospitals sticks her approximately 4 - 5 times before they can get blood, Sunrise Medical draws blood in one stick. Thank you !!!

Kyesha (sp?) was extremely pleasant & professional.I was in & out in under 10 minutes and felt welcome. Have used this lab for over 5 years!

Needed some bloodwork done. In and out in less than five minutes! Didn't feel a thing, first stick was a success. The tech on staff was super nice and just overall great. Would definitely go here again for future needs!

This is the best place to get your labs and cheaper than the hospital. Kisha did an amazing job taking my blood. I didn't even feel it!

Make sure you call the lab before coming in for the 1 hour glucose tolerance test. I went there this morning and they told me they were out of the 50g drink. I had called the day before to check to make sure I could get it done there and they told me yes. It is so fustrating. They were like sorry, you can go to another lab, which next closest in winchester. They should have the supplies they need to run the lab.

I've used this lab for approximately 2-3 years. I use a local lab due to having underlying health issues but my doctor is an hour away. My doctor and I decided this would be a good arrangement to have labs done locally and sent to their office prior to my appointment so the results could be reviewed during the appointment.During my last doctor appointment my doctor did not receive the lab results even though they were done over a week prior. After multiple phone calls and almost 4 weeks later the labs still were not sent to my doctor.Totally unacceptable!

My husband needed bloodwork and it was ordered for Sunrise. We go in and the woman was so awful to him. We have no knowledge of what the several codes are that he needed checked for, we just brought the paper with us. After trying to check in we found out he actually needed to fast for a couple of them. Okay, no problem, we will come back tomorrow. Before leaving she made sure to berate us on not knowing "his stuff". We were the only ones there, so we weren't holding up a line. She embarrassed us and even made faces at us. Honestly wouldnt go back if we could take the order else where. She is really unfriendly and should not be working with people.

Always very quick! My visits have always been pain free and techs are very professional but still.have excellent bedside manner! I highly recommend Sunrise.

Watch out as they say they close for lunch at 12:30 but we arrived at 12:20 and door was locked. I even called ahead of time. My husband was so angry and he banged on the door for a bit and someone did let him in but really? Should he have to do that? I gave them 2 stars (after wanting to give 1) because they came to the door - begrudgingly. Then she bitched at my husband the entire time that he was a bad patient. Again, really? Back down to 1 star!
