I've been in this store a couple of times to get an upgrade n new phone compatible with my husband's pacemaker. This is the 3rd time going in for 2nd new phone so ive already bought a couple. Just this one, I needed help. The battery could only hold a 6 hour charge. Last night was the 14 day cystomer satisfaction period to bring it back. They all had to sit on stools behind the counter without actually getting up and helping they actually discussed which person needed what stool. They had nothing to input or help me with making my decision to get a different one and I wasnt sure what was supposed to be happening while they look into their devices waiting for me to say something? I don't know. I picked another phone which was compatible and they told me i needed to pay 550 for 690 phone. Now mind you, there's been 3 phones on my business account that have been paid for outright in the last 6 months. Once they see i took off the auto pay on my account, there's the problem.Until then, it's a free phone. Until then, it's....."well, you know you need $550 down). You walk in with, "hey, you can get this phone free. " to awkward silence and no other choices being laid out for us. It was the last day to exchange the phone fir the 14 day customer satisfaction. Here's the thing, it hasn't mattered if it was 14cday, no day, or 2 years. and I walked out of the store with the same phone.. I was happy with t-mobile. Now I can't get any help and my wifi stinks. Someone else came in with same problem as my wifi and they wrote stuff down for him to do to resolve the issue. Once I was ready to leave, I asked for the same info and was told to call support. My daughter lost her iPhone and I went to get her one soon as, and was met with the very same attitude. You can get a free phone upon walk in to.... you need $550Am I not good enough for t-mobile? I'm good enough to pay a $260 bill per month though.This is the worst store and the others around the area are not much better. As I ran to every store in a 50 mile radius. For every line on my account has been paid for outright. Tried to add another phone and line outright, was turned away, and now this is second I'm trying to "upgrade" and get no other response from the employees.I can't get any help. I walk out more confused than going in.I can't even type this message without the edit being so slow and can't even get this message posted.

Was told that the area I live in doesn't really get 5g service that works that great . But I'm paying monthly for full 5g service. Definitely not happy especially with the high cost monthly I pay for 2 phones and my plan .

Lauren saved our sale today and I want her professionalism, efficiency, and courtesy recognized. My son and I went to upgrade our phones. We waited paitently for 20-25 minutes while one employee helped a couple in front of us. Another 2 ladies came into the store. Brett came out of the back and complete ignored me and my son, and asked the ladies who came in after us how he could help them. We were going to just leave when Lauren emerged from the back and asked if she could help us.She was apologetic for Brett, and was fantastic with explaining the new phones. Again, she saved the sale today and she alone is why I give a 5 star rating.

The T-Mobile in spring mills helped me get new service when I switched from boost mobile. I got a big discount. I didn’t know T-Mobile had home internet! I received it a week ago and I am very surprised how well it works. Very happy.

Be prepared to wait at least 30-40 minutes. Despite having people in the back there only seems to be one person who helps customers at a time. Once you do get their time, they're polite and helpful but the wait it unusually long and boring. You can only look at the display phones for so long. Also, security concern with making people give their phone number and pin or passcode verbally.

The staff at Spring Mills store were both professional and knowledgeable. Lauren went above and beyond to make sure I had the correct plan to best serve my needs. She made sure all devices worked correctly with my sons new phones. I would recommend this store to anyone who is the market for a new device and service.

Kyle was amazing ! He was attentive, made sure I got what I needed, got it done quickly, and made sure that I got the best deal possible. One of the best experiences I've ever had at a phone store. Good employees are hard to find, hang on to this one Tmobile.

A few months ago I went in to the store to get some new phone activated and was highly impressed with the service provided by Lauren. She offered some great suggestions to adjust my plan and save me money since I had been with the company for a number of years. She was incredibly knowledgeable and thorough and provided great service! My mother returned a few times with little questions on her phone and settings and Lauren is always unfailingly pleasant and helpful! Fantastic service!More recently, due to the TMobile and Sprint merger, I was having service issues with a line on my account and Kyle C. was tremendous in assisting and providing exceptional service. He was able to find a resolution to my service issue, which the more advanced online team had not been able to resolve but he contacted the right support medium to resolve the issue. He was so professional, compassionate and helpful!!! It certainly wasn't an issue caused by him or this store but he took total ownership of putting the customer first and working to help me. I can't thank him enough - amazing customer service!

This store has been so great to us. They are perfect in customer service and have over exceeded all of our expectations and made sure we were taken care of every step of the way. The store manager, Alex, and all of his employees are amazing.

Excellent customer service and very knowledgeable employees. Every time I have had an issue or even just a question they have always been very fast and very helpful. If you go, ask for Miranda. I seem to end up speaking with her most of the time and have always received the best customer service.

Lauren was very helpful in picking out and setting up new phones for me and my fiancée, she helped us out with discounts, she walked us through everything and made everything fun too, a very bright personality. This will be my favorite sprint store so far, and I’ve been a customer for years.

We had a great experience with Miranda. She called us to let to have us update our plan. She took care of everything from start to finish. She was able to answer all of our questions and get all our devices working. She was friendly, pleasant, and very knowledgeable in her product. We appreciate all of her help.

The Spring Mills Sprint employees are absolutely amazing! The store manager, Alex, and his employees Kyle, Dan, and Lauren went above and beyond to resolve my issues and provide an excellent experience every time I go in. They are all about customer satisfaction and helping in every way they can. I am so grateful for all of the help and support they have provided me and my family.
