Went in to pay my last bill. The person working was so UNWELCOMING. Didn’t say hi didn’t asked what I needed nothing. Seemed like he didn’t want to be bothered by me. I’m glad I left this company. Paying a phone bill of $150 for two phones that are paid off. They don’t offer any type of free phones for existing customers. They free phones the do offer are the CHEAPEST PHONES.

Damion was very fast and efficient today with his service. I was in and out with everything I needed in no time. The small chat was enjoyed while we waited for the computer to process and the team was very friendly. I would definitely recommend this location and will be back for more services.

Great experience! Staff was friendly and very helpful. Damion answered all of our questions and made sure we were squared away before we left. Appreciated the attentiveness and friendliness!

After a very difficult situation and other things that happened it may have been a long visit but Damion and Clayton were awesome and helped get my own account and new phone! High high praise for them and the other workers there where wonderful as well!

This store is astonishingly accommodating! I walked in less than an hour before closing and instead of receiving of the usual cold apathy you would receive I was great by damion with energy and vigor! It’s refreshing to see people who are still passionate about their job regardless of position in the company. Whatever you are paying damion it’s literally squander compared to what a caliber of employee he is worth. Dude needs like 10 pay raises. Reward the good employees that’s how you keep employees like damion!

I went in today to the T-Mobile store at Retail Commons and I was very pleased with the outstanding service I received from both Clayton & Kody. Both men were very tech and product savvy, friendly, and went out of their way to assist me with my T Mobile questions and tech support. Other carrier reps. may have sent me home to make phone calls on my own for the information, but Kody made the time to find just what I needed. They listened actively, answered my many questions, and provided me outstanding customer support telling me I can stop by anytime for help with my devices. How great to find such knowledgeable and helpful mobile phone company representatives! Clayton and Kody are the best.

Went in to the store to add a new line to my account for my son. Damion helped me pick out the perfect starter phone for him. He was also able to add a tracker to my account to keep in my sons book bag AND I walked out with a new watch. Great experience all around!

Tyler and Damion were seemingly polite, but they also did everything they could to up charge us. Many upgrades and add ons were apparently “free”, but once we got the bill we were charged for EVERYTHING. We had to call TMobile Customer Service TWICE to get all of these charges cleared off our bill because we were initially told they were free with an ongoing promotion. I respect their patience with the set up of our devices, but I will not be returning to this store due to the lies and manipulation used for their own personal gain.

Went into the store to upgrade, they were able to get me a new phone and watch for about the same price I was already paying with the trade in credit and watch promo. Loved the deal, Great experience. Would definitely recommend this store. Damion, Clayton and Tyler were awesome.

Kody and Tyler went above and beyond to help me with my phone replacement. They made sure all my information was transferred and that all my questions were answered. The replacement was supposed to come with a screen protector but didn't and the guys at the store did everything they could to make sure I get one. Definitely coming back for all my phone needs.
