I appreciate how Dr. Darin Gilpin and his vet tech introduced themselves to my nervous dog before examining her. And that Dr. GIlpin gave me OPTIONS for her treatment, in a practical, non-alarmist way. He did not order unnecessary tests or procedures to run up the tab. I am grateful for his pragmatic approach, especially while so many other vet practices are succumbing to private equity investors who place profits before pets.

SVH always takes great care of my pets. Their staff is knowledgeable and compassionate. My only compliant is that I waited 30 minutes for my scheduled appointment. Even though they answered my questions, the assistants were slow in getting the tag for the rabies shot as they were assisting at least one other person besides me.

Lovely people!! Pleasant atmosphere! I see Dr.Edwards wow very kind,caring,gentle, & took his time needed to greet Milli throughly & treat my baby with care.STEPHANIE (his vet tech/furr baby nurse, another WoW!! for her as well! Liked her righ away! ...
knowledgeable, efficient, & she really cares for the furry ones out there! Very comfortable & approachable, front staff was welcoming, lots of smiles on display!!! Couldn't ask for any better! Also important to reflect /share that they were extremely busy... yet manage to keep it all moving and everything running smoothly despite.I was nurse and for yrs I managed an 8 physician 32 employee BUSY split medical office ,I know first hand what it takes and what kind of people are necessary to run any medical office efficiently, what I observed of this office is top notch, professionals,however not stuffy and truly comfortable!! It takes quite a lot of know how, to keep everyone on the the same page /in sync throughout a busy & hectic day and They do it it all exceptionally well.More than pleased here!! ?

I could not be happier with the successful spay Dr. Casey executed flawlessly on my 3yo GSD. My GSD has Glaucoma and severe Heart Conditions making any surgery extremely concerning. The staff took great care of her by listening to what comforts her, who she would do best around and what she doesn’t do well with. I just want to thank the team especially her Dr. for doing a Great Job!

Everyone is very nice and professional. The waiting area and exam rooms are welcoming. My only concern is phone calls are not picked up in a timely manner. I would prefer to be placed on hold than no one answering the phone or letting it ring 15 times. This is a reoccurring problem.

All the employees are so kind and understanding, from the moment you make an appointment, to the assistants and providers. I always feel like everyone actually cares about my pet and isn't just there doing a job.

AWESOME VETERINARY HOSPITAL!! We traveled here, drove an hour and a half and was not disappointed. DR. Shamblin was the best! First time ever coming here and we came here for a second opinion on my dogs leg. She gave us her professional and honest opinion and we couldn’t be happier with the outcome. 10/10 and will definitely be coming back.
